Sometimes when I mess up on the littlest thing or I don't get my way, I get really sad and upset, and I don't understand why. Even while I'm upset I tell myself, "This doesn't make sense to be upset now" but I get upset anyways and I don't get out of my mood until I get something new or I find something to do that interests me. I really hate getting mood swings. Is there a way to knock myself out of these moods? Are they even natural?

I get them a lot too but you have to do something that will cheer you up. Do something fun. You could be Bipolar. You would have to take a pill for that tho. But a lot of people get stressed out and everything. Just try to relax. Good luck. ex__oOh ♥

If my brother got kicked out of the house for ever I would be happy at first but once you think about it its sad. If your brother isnt staying close to you then that just sucks. I mean you have to keep in touch since you are related. Just try to get through it and dont put yourself down too much. I mean you will see him and he probablly wont be kicked out for a really long time. Your parents still love him no matter what. ♥

Why dont you just have fun with her? I mean its better then just to sit there and complain about her being annoying and singing. Dont listen to what the others told you so tell her to shut up and stuff cuz thats just rude. But since she is your friend you should be able to calm down a little. Tell her that your mom doesnt appreciate her being so loud and that she has a headache. Your friend wont get mad since she is at your house but do some quiter activities together. I know exacly what would look cute!!! Cut your hair up to your shoulders and get it layerd. Cut your bangs right about under your eye and split it like make most of your bangs go on the right side. Left if you want. You can get highlights like chesnut blonde or any color. That would look hot! L0L! ♥

How exactly is being anorexic bad for you? People has said that if you're anorexic your body loses all these nutrients but what are the actual like 'symptoms' you get if you're anorexic. Besides dizzyness and fatigue.

Well you need food and nutrients to survive and now if you dont have any of that you can end up fainting, and if you've been anorexic for a really long time you could become really unhealthy.Also the things you can get is heart problems. Ive seen it on TV and its just so horrable! You will feel dead because you wont have any strength. But please dont do this to yourself. There is other ways to loose weight. Just eat healthy!! x0`♥

This is your typical situation, I fell for my best friend. Guy, I'm straight. I never meant to fall for him, neither did I really want to, but I did. I'm pretty sure he likes me back, the thing is he's quite..self-kept, and you know all guys run from feelings. Well, to me anyways. There's also another major problem, I moved a few years back and so now we're seperated by land and water aka, I'm in a different country than he is studying. I fall hard when I fall, I'm just not too sure what to do now. Should I still wait? I havent been in the same situation but falling for your best friend isnt such a good thing. In the end one of you is going to end up getting hurt really bad. Best friends are meant to stay best friends but you just cant help it. Long distance realationships rarely work out so I personally think that you should wait. I mean once you get a little bit older you will relize and maybe one day you both can be together. You just need to let him know how you feel and tell him that you have feelings for him. I mean you will always stay best friends no matter what and you could try to start a relationship just make sure things never change between you too. ♥

I'm taking a two week lifeguarding class and I have a huge crush on this guy in my class. You think I'd have a pretty good chance... (there are only 2 other girls in the class and about 17 guys.) But he doesn't talk! I think I've heard him say about 3 things ... "yeah" "i know" "ok". he sits kinda off by himself. The "i know" was when i told him that his shirt was backwards and inside out ... (trying to start a conversation). I'm shy myself so it's hard for me to initiate anything and just being the one to approach him was hard. how do i get him to open up a bit without being pushy? and i need to get his # within the next two weeks or i'll probably never see him again!

You need to talk to him!! Since he is really shy you have the privlage to be the more outgoing one! Prove to yourself that you can talk to him and you will. Tell him to stop saying the same things L0L! I dont think he really notices tho. Ask him to come and hang out with you and some friends and some of his friends. You can just write him a note with your number or just ask him for his. I mean its better to take a chance then regret it if you think you will never see him again. Good luck!! ♥
