There isn't a way that we can know for sure that you'll be able to conceive a child or give birth. Yes, we could assume that you'll be able to, but we don't know the sex of your children or if it would be a "test tube" child. My assumptions would be that you should be able to conceive naturally, and a natural (or C-Section if you prefer) delievery. When you're pregnant, you can go to the doctor and get an ultrasound to see what sex your baby will be. You must love your baby no matter if it is a boy or a girl.
The month and year of conception? Er... whenever you decide you want to have a baby. It could be June, 2005 or maybe December, 2010. Whenever you decide that you're ready to be a mom, and your husband is ready to be a dad, that is when your baby will be conceived.
You should be able to conceive naturally unless your husband is infertile. If so, then you can try medications or you can have a "test tube baby". I don't agree with that, though. You could adopt a child, of course. I think that would be very rewarding, to save another childs life. But that is your choice.
Best wishes,
