Is the feeling of expecting someone to be monogamous (having only one love interest) a girl thing or do guys feel that way too sometimes? And is their anyway to get over that feeling, cuz I hate expecting certain people to be devoted to only one person (namely me if they tell me that they love me when we aren't together). Am I justified in feeling that way?

when a guy feels really attatched and is truly in love, of course he's only going to have only one love interest. my now ex and i went out for about a year without any cheating and he really cared about me and now he's going from girl to girl non stop. you just have to be that girl to make it worth its while for him. and the only way i've learned to not have that feeling is to not be so attatched! and i think to get over it, you're gonna have to wait until there's a guy that can make you feel better!

I think I have self-image problems. I hate my stomach. I'm always worried it is preventing me from finding a boyfriend. I know people sometimes comment about my weight behind my back. In school when we had our physicals I felt extremely self-consious because the nurse put the chart down and a few people could see my weight (I'm not sure they care though). I just don't want to hurt myself. I've thought about nt eating and becoming aneroxic and when I did I honestly didn't care what it would do to my body as long as my stomach look thinner. I do exercise usually but I never see results. I just want to know how I can have a better self-image. Any help?

eating healthier and dieting the RIGHT way helps. ask your doctor what kind of diet you should go on. drink lots and lots of water to fill your stomach up when you have cravings. but definetly still eat your 3 meals a day! if you stop eating all together, in the end, you're just gonna gain weight faster! and if you throw up your food, then you're gonna die sooner and there would be no point in trying to lose all that weight! good luck darling!! >>i really hope you become happier with yourself and become confident! but your body isnt everything that people look at. it's also confidence and how you carry yourself. just love yourself for who you are right now and people will love you just fine!

um well my brother in college just told me that he is suffering from depression but he says hes going to counseling but he lives 600 miles away so its hard to know for sure but like he normally tells me pretty much everything but he wont talk about what is so bad and i dont know what to do, cuz he lives so far away and whatever. any ideas?

Okay well, alot of guys like me and i don't like them. My friend told me to talk to every single one of those guys and tell them that i don't like them. SO I did, well only to one of them. And I told him I didn't like him more then a friend and that was that. He said o. Sadly. Then he was like no one likes me. And i was like sure they do. And then he was like no they really don't.(I am thinking I really don't give a care.) And then he sad he was going to cut himself with a knife. Well I dont think it's smart to tell the guys you don't like them. Just don't lead them on and let them think that you do. and as for your friend, maybe you shouldnt take her advise...?

i wouldnt worry about it at all if i were you! wut is they guy gonna do??..hit ya?! if he hits a girl, he can get charged. and if he asks you about it, just say that you didnt know she had a boyfriend. and anyways, it was just flirting. there's really no harm in flirting OVER THE PHONE!

ok, well I just turned 13 not to long ago and I have a boyfriend. But if my parents find out they would kill me. well my parents used to be the same way. but i started dropping little hints by talking about him a lot and stuff. eventually i told my mom about him (cuz she's the easiest one to agree on things i wanna do) and she got my dad into thinking it was ok. parents need to learn to let their kids grow up a little faster than they want them to and the only way to do this is by testing their limit and doing things you know they dont approve of. just let them know. at least youre being honest!

i read this in the most recent magazine for seventeen. in the article it said the her boyfriend started to tell her that he was bi but that wasnt all he had to tell her. the rest was that he was cheating on her with another guy but she didnt let him finish. so make sure that was all he had to tell you (=. other than that it would kind of creep me out but i would still try to make the best out of it.
