i got a boyfriend knowin im not suppose to have one .so these boys move across the street from my mums house so i talk to him thinkin i have a new friend untill he says his mother told him to ask his girfriend to pay for hiss cell phonebill,so thats why he askin me.so should i keep my boyfriend or hook up wit him or both

definetly do not hook up with both! cheating is NEVER the right thing to do. it can hurt a person really bad and damage them for a long time! so basically just pick one or the other. pick the one YOU care most about, not the one that likes you more because eventually you'll wanna get out of the relstionship! you cant ask a person who you should be with; the only person who can answer that is yourself and your own heart.
.....and why would he want someone else to pay his cell phone bill??? (=
