For most guys, yes, that is a turn on for them but some guys don't like it when they are too touchy. If you are flirting with a guy, then it's a turn on when you touch them in general. Every guy is different but most guys think being touched is definitely a turn on. My best guy friend said it's a turn on when girls touch in general.

Guys like to be touched anywhere really. They do like to be touched in general, if your being flirty with them. Either by touching their arms, stomach, etc. My boyfriend like's that and he's say it's a turn on if you just run your fingers along his stomach.
