okay well i got my period summer before 7th grade.. and im in the summer before 9th grade right now....and i still havent used tampons!! at first i really just, didnt feel the need to..but now i feel the need to and all my friends do and i just cant.. ive tried a couple times but idk.. ive done it with a mirror on the floor, and one of my legs on the ground and one up.. so i can see what im doing.. and it looks as if there is something blocking where i am supposed to be putting it... does that sound normal? i REALLY want to just somehow shove it up there but i dont know exactly what im doing.. ive read instructions and even books made for girls called Caring For Girls... please help i think there issometing wrong with me down there... thanks a bunch sry if i grossed you out=)

I read that book, and its crap, cuz it doesn't say anything about your hymen (which is blocking the tampon, cuz your a virgin most likely. Pads are better, and there is nothing wrong with you.

A pre wave nevou treatment works really good. It srtaitens and curls so it doesnt make it look horrible.

Okay well this is a bit of a weird question but ah well.
I can't smile! My normal expression makes me look unhappy, even when I'm not. People always think I'm giving them a dirty look and when I try and smile at them it looks forced and bitchy. I can smile when it comes naturally but if someone asks me to, I can't. It's starting to become a real problem as everyone thinks I'm being unfriendly when I can't help it.

Practice. I've had the same situation kind of. I can't smile at people but I can smile in pictures, and my eyes have " I don't give a fuck what your saying," written all over them. Just practice smiling in the mirror, but dont make it look fake. Just think of something happy.

It could be, since periods drip and don't flow. They start and stop, so I think your fine, but just to be sure, ask a gynecologist.

Eat steak on your period. Everything goes to your ass and thighs at that time. The only exerside to do is crunches, cuz your waist will get skinny so your butt will look huge.

First, try to get to know him as friends, so start a convo like, "Do you have an sn? Can i have it?" then talk to him about simple things, then flirt, then ask if he likes you at all. If he does tell him you like him as more then just a friend.

I really enjoy swimming so I don't want to have to not go just because I'm on my period. I know that pads don't work, but I usually use tampons when I'm swimming and I find them uncomfortable. I think you're right, because i'm scared of tampons and I went swimming on mi period without anything, and I didnt bleed, but go on a day where the flow isn't so strong.

OK, so today I start a volunteer job at a senior center. I'm excited, becus i get to play games with them and stuff like that. But I'm also nervous. What if they start talking to me, but I can't understand what they are saying? Some of them tend to make fun of newer people, so what if I'm bad at a game, and they make fun of me?
