ok, i have a friend who has been getting beat by her parents since she could walk maybe even before that but because of it she's been doing drugs, cutting, she doesn't eat, she can't sleep, she drinks and smokes she just does anything to get away from it she's been in and out of hospitals her whole life because she's hurt herself or because her dad has hurt her he even rapes her. she always says she's fine and doesn't want help but she needs help. How do i help her?

Omg im so sorry to hear about your friend and i know this is hard for you aswell to hear all this. I think you should go to the police becuase it wont stop her dad from beating her and raping her if she doesnt tell anyone, he will just carry on hurting her becuase he knows he will get away with it!If you have school councillors then go to one, they can help and everything will be between you and them!! I just got hired to plan a 3-year old's birthday party, and am stuck on games. I already have Simon Says and Red Light Green Light. I also want to do a craft. If it helps, the parents have rented a moonbounce for the event. If possible, I would like to have 1 water game that does NOT soak the kids!! Thanks in advance and I rate!!

how about musical chairs, pin the tail on the donkey (but dont use a pin use selotape. lol) pinyata. with sweets and things inside it. what about finger painting or drawing and colouring. hope i have helped a little bit. good luck with the party

I want to dye my hair... not permanent, but not too temporary. I found a hair dye that's made by L'Oreal, called Color Pulse, that comes in a color that I would like for my hair. I have dark brown hair, and Color Pulse supposidly works on dark hair. It lasts for 8-10 shampoos, and also contains no peroxide or ammonia.

Has anyone used this before? What do you think? Is there anyother types of dyes that you would recommend in place of this? I am looking for a dark purpleish plumish type color, if that helps.

Well i use hair dye called Movida im not sure where you live if you're in the uk or America. It works really well on all hair colours and lasts about 5-6 weeks which is alright. hope i've helped you xxx

Ok well im 16/f and i cut my self . On my wrist and dont tell me to use a rubber band cause it dosent work ive tryed or write in a jurnal cause ive done that to.. IT DOSENT WORK. my friend always asks why i have cuts on my wrists and i say oh my cat cut it. and if he finds out he will think im doing it for attention but im really not my mom passed away 3 weeks ago. and my dad abuses me. I have no relatives. so i have no one to talk to . so i turned to cuting . It really helps me but i need to stop . Because of what i tryed to do. Commit suicide but i stoped because my one and only friend caught me and grabbed me and took me home. I have had a really screwed up past . i was raped at the age of 13 and took drugs at 14 so now all of that made me really depressed . I really am loseing faith so someone please tell me what i could do to help i dont have enough money to go to a theropist so dont tell me that. im really scared of my dad so please help..

GOD YOU'VE BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH. tell this friend of yours and he wont think your doing it for attention if he is a real friend he will want to help you more than anything. Go to the nearest person to home e.g a close friend or neighbour even a teacher. They will want to help you. Im 14/Female and i havnt had my period yet. But i discharge...its heavy (been heavy) since maybe october. Not all the time though. Is it normal for it to be yellowish white? Because i will be in school sometimes and i will discharge and i will always look down to see if i had my period and i dont but its scary. Hi yes it is normal. dont worry you dont have t start at 14 some people dont start until they are 16 even 17 sometimes. But you will eventually start. When you start then it can sometimes show through if it is heavy. its not very nice. sorry to say. hope i have helped

Hey well for me it worked straight away but it depends really. it will probably work on your 2nd period of taking it. if you get what i mean. It is effective but it depends which ones you are on really. hope i have helped

okay.. i was talking to my friend yesterday and she told me she thinks she might be pregnant.. At first i thought she was kidding but she was being serious. She said she doesn't want to tell anybody and would be too scared to get a pregnancy test or anything. She thinks she should be on birth control too. She's only 14! what can i do?.. Well this is really hard because she is younger than me and i wouldn't know what to do in her situation. First of all she needs to get a pregnancy test to make sure she is actaully pregnant because she could be worrying about nothing. if she is too scared then tell her that you will be with her to help her through this becuase she needs her friends! She shoudn't tell her parents yet because if she isnt pregnant then she is going to be in trouble for nothing. She needs to tell her b/f though because he needs to know, becuase it is his fault too. I dont really know what else to suggest. i hope this helps you in some way and i hope your friend srts everything out.

Ok well i sugest you bring warren to your houseW whether your dad likes him or not. he has just suddenly come back into your life but he cannot just start telling and giving you orders. If you want your boyfriend to come to the house then bring him round! Tell your dad that you dont agree with him about Warren and no matter what you are not gonna stop seeing him. Once you've told your dad this then he should get the picture that you like Warren alot and nothing he says is going to change that! but dont shout at him so much that you get into trouble lol
