There is a pop up called "Sponsored Link" on the side of every search engine, when I look something up... How do I get rid of it?
The two popular search engines, Google and Yahoo have those sponsored links. People pay to have their sites listed there. You can't get rid of them. I'd recommend using Firefox along with the ad-block plus add-on if you are seeing too many ads.

I live with my fiancee (we're both students), and I'm sick of always coming home to a mess. Laundry hasn't been done in 3 weeks and our bedroom is a mess!
My program is incredibly demanding. I have over 30 hours of class a week plus a ridiculous amount of homework. He is taking two classes, for a total of 9 hours a week. All he does is stay at home playing video games, but he expects me to do at least half, if not most or all of the cooking and cleaning. He's never actually come out and said it, but it's what keeps happening. I can't just leave stuff, because he'll wear the same clothes for a week without thinking twice about it.
I've tried talking to him about it, and he always intends to help, but video games are far more appealing, apparently.
Any ideas on how to get more help around the house?
Have you talked to him about it? Try just cleaning up after yourself, wash your dishes, wash your clothes and cook your own meals. In other words don't do for him. If and when he ask you what's wrong, tell him what's on your mind. Either he'll get the point or he just may not care. Don't fret, doesn't mean he doesn't love you but most guys, including myself care more about games than house work and yes I rather play a game than wash some old dirty dishes too. It maybe hard at first to ignore the mess but you got to play it out to get what you want.

there is this teacher who is the best at teaching and he is really great with students but this time i got him a new thing for christmas(teaching thing) and he was all happy i went out of the room to put up something and i came back as i walked past him he punched me(play)(last year i poked him bye accident and he said if he did that to me i could call it sexual harrassment) and then we were talking about and while he said somthing he unzipped my jacket a bit and he keeps winking at me... im prety scared is he ok? or is he...weird in...THAT kindd of way....
Good rule of thumb is, if it makes you feel bad it probably is. You might want to talk to someone you trust, like another teacher or preferably your parents. This doesn't sound like something an adult would do or say to a child.

I really can't say anything but if you are not pregnant, thank your lucky stars and use protection next time! If the guy refuses then tell him no! Unless you and him are well ready to take on the responsibilities of raising a baby for the next 18 years. Oh and I'm not a female but usually if you have your period it means you are not pregnant, unless you are like some women, my wife included, who had hers for about three months after she was pregnant.

I currently live on a 3rd shift schedule to be with my husband during his work week. I've been on the same schedule since I moved to my current place of residence. The two year mark has almost gone by and I don't have any friends. It seems impossible to socialize this way. Anyone have any suggestions on how to find 3rd shift pals, or to socialize while living this lifestyle?
I know what you mean I've worked the graveyard for a year and I sleep all day, up all night. My wife watches the kids while I'm asleep. I think you already know the answer. The Internet! It may not be face to face but it'll help with the loneliness. No, I'm not talking about finding another someone. But what's your interest? Like to garden, read love novels, wrench on cars etc...? Google your hobby and join a message board. If you just wanting to meet some folks and get out, try your local 24 hour coffee shop. Don't drink the stuff? try a cola. i had a pimple forming on the side of my chin, and i popped it, and then picked it, and now it's like a sore, and it's REALLY noticable, and gross
how do i get rid of this? should i put medicine then a bandaid on it?

You must be careful doing that. You can get a nasty staph infection and have to see a doctor. The doctor may then have to lance it, drain it, pack it with gauze and you'll be placed on antibiotics, resulting in a nasty scar. If you must, wash your hands and face first with antibacterial soap such as Dial (check the package label) to stop the spread of infection and follow up with an over the counter antibiotic like Neosporin or even plain rubbing alcohol. However that maybe too strong for sensitive skin. Your best bet it to prevent it from happening in the first place.

Wow well, i really dont know where to start. I am 15 and I have been pregnant once before. Yes i know it was a big mistake. For 8 months after that I didnt have sex. The 8th month, i was a party and got drunk, a man who was over age, prett muc took advantage of me at the party and had sex with me. it is now a month later and i think im pregnant again. I really dont know what to do because i cant tell my mom. She'll be soooooo hurt and i cant do that to her again. SO i was wondering.... First I want to say I understand about making bad choices being young. Um, I don't understand why your mom would be upset this time, I mean she obviously knows you had sex in the past. Sex is a strong urge and takes helluva lot a will power to control. Second, have you considered adoption? You could bring joy into someone's life who isn't able to have kids. That's what me and my girlfriend did when we messed up at your age. Third, what happened to this guy? Shouldn't he be in jail or something? I'm a sophomore at columbine high school. I am planning to go to either csu or cu. I would absolutely love to go to fidm in california, but im not sure about that because of the money. anyways, what are the requirements to apply for a scholarship? like for those schools or just any schools in general? freshman year first semester my gpa was a 3.5 and second semester it was a 3.7. i just ended my first semester and i have a 3.3 or 3.4 i think. i think somewhere i heard you have to have at least a 3.5 all throughout high school to get a good scholarship, which worries me, because a 3.3 or 3.4 is sooo close! is this true? any advice on how to find the requirements like grades wise? i searched their sites but couldnt find what i was looking for. thanks i appreciate it! :D
Contact the schools you are interested in and speak with a counselor. Tell them you are interested in receiving a scholarship. There should be a few out there you may qualify for. Once you find one you feel you are qualified for ask how to apply. Some scholarships maybe offered to those who meet certain eligibility requirements, like perhaps live in a certain area, mom and dad make a certain income etc...I've had to do this myself.

how do people like save a video from youtube or something to their computer?
like how they make clips of different videos into one video? how do they do that? i only have windows movie maker so yeah can i use that?
With youtube you'll need a FLV player. Google FLV Player and you can find one. Next, I'd recommend using Firefox and install the "Video Downloader" add-on, this will make getting the video saved easier or else you can point your browser in firefox to about:cache and then search for the flv extension or by viewing your cache in Internet Exploder err I mean Explorer and searching for the FLV extension, either way you'll still need that FLV player. To answer your second question if you have mixed file extensions say you have a FLV and a mpeg but you want to combine those two and make one extension. You'll need a FLV to MPEG converter. Once you get all your files to have the same extension, then go ahead and use the WIndows Movie Maker.

I dont know why, but I am really afraid to drive! I'm 15 and I've already driven a couple of times, but everytime my mom asks me if i want to drive somewhere, my stomach just drops! Thats how bad i hate driving! I don't know how to get over this fear, and I mean, i'm not a horrible driver, I just am so nervous!
I'm takin drivers ed this summer, so my question is, how do i get over this fear before drivers ed?
Fear isn't really a bad thing but it shouldn't be crippling either. I believe you shouldn't be relaxed when driving, comfortable yes but not so relaxed you forget you are piloting a machine that can hurt innocent people or yourself. Driving safe is a responsibility and yes, I agree try sitting in the driver's seat, get comfortable with the steering wheel, pedals, mirrors etc and if you have to, turn off the radio and get rid of any distractions, like loud passengers (let 'em walk LOL). Just one little piece of advice, don't ever assume the other driver is going to do the right thing, like, stop at a stop sign or use their turn indicators.

but can they detect history?
If you delete your history there are ways to find out still by using software/hardware recovery tools but there shouldn't be any need for them to do that. I'd be more concerned about credit card and personal information like phone numbers etc...

on my windows XP desktop, i cannot log in

Did you install a new device such as a cd drive or a new system card like a graphics card? If so remove it then try a reboot. If you are not sure, check to make sure all cables and cards are seated firmly in place. If still wont boot, when it loads past the bios screen press F8 repeatedly until you see the boot XP options screen. Check the "last known good configuration" and if it doesn't boot then, next load up check the "safe mode with networking" option. Once in Windows open the system properties dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows logo key and the pause/break key. Once there click the hardware tab and then click the "device manager" tab. Look for any conflicts, try and update the drivers, uninstall or just remove the device if a problem is found.

Oh by the way, does your hard drive make a clicking or odd noise? Maybe the hard drive is going out. Don't fret just get a new one, install XP on the new one, set the old one to slave and try to backup all you can, text files, pictures, mp3s etc...

The problem is, I already installed the scripts on Fantastico De Luxe on my cPanel on Hostgator, but I can't figure out how to get the scripts on my Joomla-administrator control panel.
I would really like to get one of the blog scripts from Fantastico onto my Joomla site here: www.velociteen.com because I don't want to have to use Blogger, since it's ad-supported, and I'd like to blog to be on my own site, with my own domain as well.
I also need to have the live help scripts on my site as well.
It's been a bit since I messed with Joomla, just did it when I was in college, talking about "content management systems" but, I think there was a custom mode where you can edit the pages manually. Then you should be able to put the blog script in there. Does the blog have it's own address? Say like where you can access it from a browser as in the example, www.example.com/myblog.php

How do you add Fantistico De Luxe scripts to your website?
I'm using Joomla to as my site editor, and Host Gator as my hosting.
On Hostgator, there's a program called Fantistico De Luxe that has you install hundreds of different scripts: live help, message boards, blogs, shopping carts, .etc.
How do I input the actual scripts into my website?
"Fantastico De Luxe" should have an auto installer. You'll need admin and maybe root access. More information about your problem would be great.

Alright so im 15/f, living in Southern NH, near Salem and Hudson. I really need a job! There's just too many things that I would like to buy, but don't have money for. I have a Dell Inspiron 6400. My space bar is kind of broken, I guess. Like I have to press exactly on the center for it to work correctly. It's really annoying. Is there anything I can do about it, or should I just let it be?
Try that but first turn off your PC before doing that. You could also (while PC is off) try getting some cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol and cleaning the gunk out. Make sure it's completely dry first.

This is assuming you are running Windows XP.
Well, if your sound card is capable you can record streaming media. Most of the "SoundBlaster Live!" cards have a "what you hear" feature. To check double click the speaker icon in your task bar (if it's not there you'll need to find the volume control properties in the control panel.) Next, go to options, then properties and click the radio button called "recording." If you see the "What you hear" function or something similar then your sound card is capable. Next you'll need to download a program that'll enable the hardware. I recommend WavePad www.nch.com.au/wavepad They have a basic version and a paid version. The free one works well on recording streaming. You'll have to change the recorders input settings to match your sound card's. Also play around with the file formats. You may want to download a wav to mp3 converter too, to save space on your hard drive.
