Most times though, we just don't have the time or desire to figure out what you may or may not have been doing on the internet. We just want to get your computer fixed for a reasonable price and get to the next 12 computers on our bench. Don't worry about your hard drive contents, 90% of the time a tech can fix your problem without ever going into your hard drive contents [ compdoc72's advice column | Ask compdoc72 A Question ]

I'd be more concerned about credit card and personal information like phone numbers etc... [ ChevyIINova's advice column | Ask ChevyIINova A Question ]
arielle316 answered Thursday December 20 2007, 7:55 pm: if youve deleted all of it then no. they cant detect your internet sources i dont believe. you need to make sure that you go to TOOLS, the DELETE BROWSING HISTORY, then choose DELETE ALL. and even if they did, it doesnt matter, chances are the person who is fixing your computer is a computer geek who sits in front of their computer all the time looking at porn...haha [ arielle316's advice column | Ask arielle316 A Question ]
