Hello my children,
I am the incredible Mable.
I was blessed with the gift to see the right answer to most moral questions (basically I am psychic). I do not tell futures, but I do have visions. I also have great life experience.I have a very strong taste in music. Mostly bands from the 1980's to now. Even though I am almost 70 (yikes) I still know how to have a good time. I would love to be of assistance to you my pretty pets!
Love From,
Mable

Hey guys,
ok I've hit a real low-point in life.
I've already tried killing myself, and that's not it..it's over the stupidest thing ever; looks. I hate myself so much. I'd do anything to be pretty, I've seriously begged my mom for plastic surgery 20 times a day for this whole year. I need to change. It's not that I care what others think cause they seem to think I'm pretty, it's myself, my inner-critic. I won't be happy until I change completely, but my mom made it clear plastic surgery is not an option, so what do I do? I don't remember the last time I was happy, seriously, every time I finally wake up happy, I look in the mirror..and all I see is: bulging stomach, big nose, hairy + manly face, disgusting face, short legs, unproportionate upper-body, tiny feet, weird ears, ugly + uneven skincolour, everything is just humiliating!! I hate myself sooo much, I just don't want to be me anymore, and please don't tell me to seek help or just accept who I am, I don't want to. I want to change. How though? What are some major things I can do to just completely change without plastic surgery? (link)
|
Hello Dear,
I am sorry that you are so unhappy. I used to think that I was ugly, myself. I was very popular, and everyone told my that I was very beautiful, but I didn't see myself that way.
I did change a few things about my apperance, and then I saw myself as different, and beautiful.
Don't pester your mother about surgery anymore, the more you bother her, the less she will consider it. Surgery is not the answer for a child.
Now from what you have said about your appereance I have a few suggestions.
My first suggestion comes from your title. If you feel like dying, then dye. In my time, it was inapropriate for young girls to dye their hair, so I wore a wig. Youcan very cheaply chande the colour of your hair at home. This will change your image enough.
Another thing would be to style your hair so that it covers your "wierd ears"
You can shave your face if it is hairy, and put makeup on the uneven parts.
Good luck, you ARE beautiful!

Does anyone have any good fruit smoothie recipies? I want one that has strawberries in it. I am doing it for a demonstration speech in one of my classes and I need a good recipe to use.
Thank you! (link)
|
Hello Sweetheart,
A good smoothie recipie (with strawberrys) just happened to be in my book of tricks.
This one requires no measuring!
Take a blender. FIll the pitcher about 1/3 of with ice. Then throw in a handful of strawberries. A smaller handful of mangos or pineapples. Then add two of those little cups of vanilla yogurt, and a splash of lemonade. Mix and enjoy!
Love and good eating,

I also had a dog named Zsa Zsa, but she died. My dog Cowboy didn't eat for a long time. We had to take him to the vet. He had a stomach disorder. Take your sweet doggy NOW!!!

i was wondering what should i get my soon to be 4 year old neighbor for his birthday? i was thinking about getting him that Planet Frog Habitat for his birthday but besides the fact that it has really low ratings it says for kids ages 6 and up
has anyone tried that and have reviews on that
also i was thinking fish but fish tanks are expensive and only start at $20. and id have to play for all of the supplies and what not
I am looking for a gift that is under $20 and i would prefer to get him something that you can put animals in (fish tank, Planet Frog Habitat, ant catcher etc) and is all inclusive and doesnt require to much work and you can most likely get at wal-mart or target or toys r us (no ebay or overstock.com)
(link)
|
It is a VERY BAD IDEAD TO BUY A 4 YEAR OLD AN ANIMAL WITHOUT CONSENT FROM HIS MOTHER. As I was raising my children there were incidents where they would go to a birthday party and that birthday kid would get a lizard or turtle. I never heared of a parent being happy about this or the animal living for more than a week. Then the child would be crushed and want another animal.
What I would suggest getting is a bug house. One of those little boxes with mesh on the sides. Or a butterfly net or something like that. These should not be hard to come by because of new summer sales.
Bugs are good because they are temporary.\
Happy Birthday to your little pal!

I have to write a Sonnet for English(14 lines each line has to be 10 syllables) and i really need some help on a topic... anyone have a good topic idea?
*thanks (link)
|
I think that Sonnets should come from the heart, so I don't really belive in teachers making a child write a piece that is supposed to be heartfelt.
My advice is to be very open to any ideas or instincts. If you are thinking about something, write. Do not be worried about it being dumb. If you cannot think of anything, then just choose an everyday item (pepper shaker, pillow, coffe can) and discribe it.
Good Luck

im doing a little scence from the romeo and juliet play.. its about when juliet speaks out her feelings of romeo and juliet doesnt know romeo is behind her.. also then he speaks and then juliet gets all crazy and was like omg! blah blah.. okay. so i need props and scenery? anyone have any ideas? and this scene under her balcony by a pool.. thanks! I love Shakespere, but Romeo and Juliet (even though it is one of the most beautiful stories ever) can get boring when acted out by school aged kids. Something that could be good is to modernize the story, not like West Side Story, but like in a situation that might happen to one of your schoolmates.
Make sure to keep props and scenery simple. Dd details, but don't overdo it. Props are good when there is less than 5. If there are more it will be easy to forget about one of them.

I'm entering my school's talent show. It's coming up very soon. I'm gonna to sing. I'd prefer to do a country song sung by a female. I play guitar if that helps. Please give suggestions =)
Thanks so much in advanced! (link)

OOhh Dear!
I am not a fan of country music at all, but some of my absoulte favorite music is classified as "alt. country" Neko Case. SHe has the most amazing voice ever and some very classy country songs.
Her best song is "Hold on Hold on" -Neko Case-(album) The Fox Confessor Brings The Flood.
Available on iTunes and e-music.
The very best of luck, from

what are some good ideas? (link)
|
My Mother (God rest her) never wanted materialistic things. A good idea is to find an old photograph of you two, or an old picture that you drew when you were little and give that to her. If none of those things can be found, a cupon book (a book with little slips of paper that say that you'll give her a night off from laundry or something like that) works like a charm.

Paint an adorable fetus on your belly with eyeliner, or face paint, or something. Then invite your family over for a party and during dinner, jump up on the table and lift up your shirt to reveal the cute unborn child.

ok i want to start downloading songs but i like so much music i dont know what songs to download....can someone plz tel me some good songs.
(p.s. i listen mostly to 104.1 ,and 97.9 if that helps.) (link)

Well, honey. Telling us the radio stations that you like dosn't help because they are different in all parts of the country, and you did not state where you live. So I don't know much about your musical taste, but it was just a mistake. Here are some songs that I really love.
Pixies-Debaser
Ween-Voodoo Lady
Cat Power-He War
The New Pornographers-All For Swinging You Around
Of Montreal-The Party Is Crashing Us
That is mostly alternative/progressive rock.
Nothing Hard. Nothing Emo.
I hope that these songs are to your liking!

This boy I'm fond of and I are going to be doing a singing duet for our school's talent show. We just haven't decided on a song yet. Anyone have any ideas? Preferably cute songs not rock or anything of that nature.
P.S. We both play guitar if that helps (link)
|
Oddlockset's advice was good. DOn't do a DIsney song... It would be corny and predictable. Even though I'm "old" I still have a very strong taste in new music. Of Montreal has several cute songs. There is a great (cutest song in the world) song by The Brunettes that is a male/female duet. It has cute lyrics (clean) cute xylaphone in the background, but it is still an enjoyable song.
Loopy Loopy Love-The Brunettes
The Band has a myspace where you can hear the song. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=10000902 They are a New Zeland band that is not available in the U.S. but you can probably download this song from LimeWIre (possibly Itunes)
GOOD LUCK!

hhhm, hi my name is katie, i have seen the advice you have given to people and it has seemed to help them. I respect that in you, and you mentioned that you are a little phsycic, well call it dejavu, or something, but i have moments where i can sense something bad is going to happen and then it does. and there are other times when something happens, and then i think holy crap, i have seen this before, it seemes so familiar, its like i daydreamed it or thought it up. i actually even saved my little sisters life, i was at my house one day, with my little sisster and my mom came home from work and wanted to go to the store to pick somethings up, and well, i didnt want to go and my little sisster did want to go and all of a sudden this sadness and fear just all of a sudden cam rushing to me all at once from nowhere, ani heard someone, i think it was my little sisster, screaming and i heard this crunching noise and crying, and sirens, and i shook my head to make it stop, and i suddenly yelled, shutup and stop screaming"" to my little sisster and when i looked at her and my mom, my moms like, kate, your the one who's yelling, and i was like, well who was it that was screaming, and my little sissters like, no one was, other than you. and i was soo puzzled, and then when my mom grabbed her car keys to leave and my little sisster followed her, and i was like thinking in my head, dont let her go, whatever you do, you cant let her get in that car. and so i was like, mom! can jillie(my siss)stay with me? we can play outside or watch a movie or something! and so jillie ended up staying with me, which i am glad she stayed to, cause when i started to worry about my mom not being home when she was already 1 hour late and wouldnt answer her phone, she ende up calling me, and said she was at the hospital getting "all fixed up, cause her car had been smashed into by a car on the passenger side and had sent her car flying into the middle of the intersection into on-coming traffic , and the air bags came on, and my mom had broke her arm, snapped her wrist and she dislocated her shoulder and had to have her head examined and stitched up a little. and imagine, the car had hit the PASSENGER SIDE, and if the car had hit that side, and my mom was jacked up as it is, (she was lucky, the oncoming traffic hadnt hit her but if it had then it would have been a fatality) imagine what would have happened to my sisster if i had let HER go, then she wopuld probably have been killed. so, i have visions and feelings like that but not as dangerous or detailed, but i do have them once in a while, and they aree usually correct, is that ESP? or is it just a coincidence or luck? it has been kind of giving me problems cause whenever i do see or feel these things and give a heads up to the people that i c in the vision, they get weird on me. should i tell them anymore or what? (link)
|
Hello Katie,
I am so sorry that you are having problems with your gift. I was never belived as a young adult when I would tell someone about even just the smallest of visions.
To answer your first question... I think that everyone is psychic, but only a few people get it strong enough or are open to it enough to be affected. In your case I would say that, just hearing the story about your little sister, that you do have the gift.
To the second question. If you see someone that you know in a state that needs to definately be adressed (as in your sister) you should do just what you did. Don't say that you had a vision (unless it is someone that knows about and accepts your gift) Just give them a reason or alternative idea to keep them out of danger.
If it is a small thing (such as a quiz grade) don't worry about telling the person. if there are people in your life that know about your gift, and accept it, then tell them all you want.
The Best Of Luck to You, Katie,
Mable

what is a recipe for chocolate chip cookies from scratch?? include everything please. (link)
|
I am not going to snottily tell you to google this. I will give you my famous recipe that my mother taught me when I was a little girl.
Nowadays you would probably want to use an elecrtic mixer to combine ingredients.
Things you need
-bowl
-large glass pan (greased)
-microvave (I have adapted my recipe to fit modern times)
-Oven set to 375 degrees
_________________________
-two sticks of unsalted butter
-3/4 cups sugar
-3/4 cups brown sugar
-1tsp vanilla
-2 large eggs
-2 1/4 cups of flour
-1tsp baking soda
-1tsp salt
-2 cups semi sweet cocolate chips
-set the oven
Now, melt the butter in the microwave for 37 seconds.
-mix the melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
-after that is mixed well, add vanilla and eggs.
-mix these together well.
-now add one of the cups of flour, and mix.
-add the second cup of flour, and mix.
-for the 1/4 cup of flour, measure it, then add the salt and baking soda to the little bit of flour before adding the 3 powders to the mix.
-next, add the chocolate chips, but DO NOT MIX THEM IN WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER. the chips mus be hand stirred in.
-spread mix into the greased pan
-cook for 22-25 min or untill finished!
enjoy, honey

Do you have any more of your phsycic stories? They are very interesting. (link)
|
Oh honey, I will always have stories for young ones who care to hear 'em. I love the children.
Speaking of children, I think I got a story about one child in particular to tell. There was this child. Let's call him Warren. His real name was Hobart, but I don't want him payin' me any visits, know what I mean? Anyway, "Warren" wasn't really a bad child. He meant well, but his intentions would get all muddled up in his crazy actions. He wasn't very good at getting his emotions across.
I felt bad for this child, so I would often take him to my farm over the summer. One summer I had sent him out to gather eggs as I put a cup of coffee on the brew. When I poured the coffee I remember seeing my reflection in it. Then, when I stirred it, my refledtion turned into an utterly disturbing image.
I saw little Warren stepping into the chicken coop to gather eggs. As he stepped into the coop, he saw dead chickens strewn about the entire coop. Warren cried and screamed, killing the remaining chickens. During his fit, a wild coyote emerged from the corner and viciously attacked Warren, tearing him limb from limb.
Needless to say, I was terrified, and I knew something had to be done fast. I knew I had to check on Warren. I ran out the door, cup of coffee still in hand, and ran towards the chicken coop. I got there in time to see a large coyote rushing at the small child. Thinking quickly, I threw the steaming black cup of coffee at the mutt. It shattered across the dog's back, leaving it to run away yelping.
Warren was saved.
He confessed to killing four of my chickens. I was not really angered, but I felt need to punish him a little bit. So, I told him that he would have to collect my chickens egg's every morning that week.
So that is probably my most amazing pshychic story. I have been saving that one untill someone asked.
It may sound farfetched but, honey, it's true.

Mable

I think that I need a psychiatrist. I know that I do, I feel very depressed and I cut myself. My mom sees a psychiatrist. I'm just afraid of asking my mom and dad (they are divorced, so I can't sit them down together) if I can go to a therapist. I was wondering of anyone knew any ways of bringing it up or any suggestions of how to talk about it. I'm uncomfortable bringing it up and I really don't want my parents to know how depressed and frightend I feel. If you have any ideas I would really appreciate it. (link)
|
First of all, I want to commend you for realizing that you have a problem.
I think that you need to be very straightforward with your mother. Just tell her about your feelings, and asks her if you could see her phsychiatrist sometime. In the meantime, it is VERY important that you stop cutting yourself.
I see no reason why your mom would say that you couldn't get help for your problem.
I hope that every thing turns out all right for you. It saddens my soul when I hear stories of sad young people.

My Dad was asked to take a job in a city 16 hours from where I live now. He wanted our family to see the place and houses before he took the job so over my spring break, we looked for houses with a realtor everyday and flew/stayed there courtosy of the new company. Anyway, when my friends ask me what I did over the break, I'm not allowed to say anything about the new job or about the house shopping... I have to say I visited people and went shopping even though it's only half true because my dad could lose his current job and there's always a chance he won't take the job. Anyway, It's getting really hard to keep it a secret from everyone. I might be moving there over the summer and when people ask to go places over summer, I don't know what to say because I don't even know where I'll be living then. I'm nervous about moving and I want to spend as much time as possible with my closest friends while I still can but I can't tell them why. Can anyone help me with this? It's getting to be a real pain! (link)
|
It is very important that you stay strong and don't tell even one person. Even when someone has promised to keep a secret, it is not very likely that they will.
In a situation like this, lying can be necissary. Try now to dwell on it too much. If you lye to your friends now, I am sure that if your father does take the job, that they will understand if you tell them why you lied.
You could tell your friends that your parents are considering sending you to camp over the summer, so you can't make plans and want to spend time with them now.

I like this guy named Eric but like hes supposably a "geek" in our school but I dont care. I just dont know what to do. I mean hes a really good friend of mine but what am I suppose to do just go up to him and be like i like you. Um no. Theres a semi coming up too and I really want to go with him.. but I dont know how that would happen. Im just confused and dont know what to do (link)

If you really like this boy, don't worry about what you piers think. If you live your whole life doing what you think will make you "look good" then you will never have fun. In my day (quite a while ago) it was considered "un-ladylike" for a girl to approach a boy about dances/dates. Now I think that it is fine. One of my friends really liked a bouy and went months and months without telling him, because she didn't think it proper. Nowadays I think that girls should take more power in situations. Being direct is very affective. Just tell the boy how you feel and he will be thrilled.

i'm wicca and i'm gonna have a baby and well i was wondering if it's wrong if i make my baby learn and follow through with the wicca relligon i really want her/him to belive in what i belive in and i think of it as like the christans and how they make them belive in the whole jesus christ bible stuff no offence to any people who belive in that relligon so is it wrong? plez help (link)

I think that you should be very open with your child. (especially in the preteen and teen years)
I think that is fine to raise your child in your religion, but what would be wrong would be to force him/her to stay with that faith for their entire life. If they want to convert let the them. As long as you are understanding everything will turn out fine.
Good luck with your child.
