My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I'm a 15 year old girl and I am what you would call clean. I shower everyday. I have straight-ish, medium thick, brown hair and it gets greasy very quickly and it makes me look scumy. what can I do to fix it

One of the easiest ways to fix this problem is to wash your hair every other day. The more you wash it, the natural oils in your hair are gone. I know this is hard and I wash my hair every day as well. Your hair isn't greasy, but it just get's flat and it looks that way.



For one, try switching your shampoo and conditioner. Tresemee has great selections for different hair types. You can try the hydration one, or the volume one.



Try avoiding using too much product in your hair. Hairspray, gel, etc. can all make the hair feel dirty.



The next thing, try dry shampoo! Tresemee came out with a new product line of dry shampoo. Instead of using baby powder, try this instead. You spray it in your hair, leave it in for a few minutes, and brush it out. It's super affordable and it can save you a lot of time, especially when you're on the go.

Her favorite actress was in it and she loves it so much she started to cry. What can I do to help her feel better ? How can I make her stop crying ?

I really hope you're not the same person who keeps posting these questions about the girl friend crying about famous people lol. Anyway, it's normal and she's not crying because she's "sad".

My husband is a drinker and he came home and totally went ballistic. He threw up on me, and more. How do I get him to stop doing that and say I love you?

Death is not easy, and it is never the solution to any problem. I suggest you speak to someone right away and get help.

At parties when i'm a bit tipsy i always feel like i make a fool of myself, but i've always portrayed an 'i don't give a fuck what you think of me' attitude. Secretly though i do, am i just being self consious?

I don't think you're being self conscious, but it's completely normal to feel that way. Everyone has insecurities about themselves and things they wish they could change. It's a normal feeling to have. I know some people portray that attitude that they don't care about what anyone says or thinks of them, but that's impossible. We as humans have feelings and that's why we care. You're not making a fool of yourself, but just have fun and enjoy life. Don't care what strangers think of you or the people who have absolutely no meaning in your life. It's a waste of time trying to get everyone's approval.

i am 07 month pregnant how is my child health,what i have to do?

We are not doctors and we can't tell you how your unborn child is doing. You need to go see a real doctor who can discuss these things with you. They will be able to do an ultra sound and let you know. If you are 7 months pregnant and have never even went for a check up, that's just very odd and inconsiderate for your baby. You need to make an appointment as soon as possible.

My dog died last September. I'm 15 and I had him since I was 4. He was like a best friend to me whenever I was sad he would help me get through it. This year has been really emotional and I think his death is a big part of it. I've asked for a new dog but my parents have refused to get me any kind of animal. What can I do so that I can by happier?

I couldn't imagine what my life would be like without by dog, that's my little baby! I would be the same exact way as you are. It's normal for you to feel upset though. I wish there was a way to "get over it" and just be happy again, but it takes time. You won't forget your dog but he will always be in your heart :) Keep yourself busy and you won't think about it as much. Just remember that your dog is in a better place right now and that he's not suffering. When the time is right, your parents will let you get another dog. It's probably hard on them as well that's why it's hard to move on. It'll get better, don't worry.

No, she can't work at McDonald's or anywhere else for that matter. She's way too young. If she really wants to earn money, help her out since you are her mother. Maybe if she does chores around the house, you can give her little by little.

I had sex on May 6th and 7th (which happen to be right around when I am ovulating). I then had sex again on the 17th. However, the next day I took Plan B because I was worried about the night before. My period was supposed to start yesterday or today (may 25th) but I haven't gotten it yet. Do you think I am most likely pregnant from the beginning of the month, or is it more likely that the Plan B is throwing off my cycle? I am trying not to get stressed about the situation because I know how that can mess everything up also, but it's getting difficult to not freak out. Thank you!

Your period never comes on the same exact day, unless you are taking birth control. If you are more than a week late, then take a pregnancy test. Some girls skip a month and it's not because they're pregnant. It's different for everyone. But, like I said. Get a test just to make sure. Good luck!

It's a weird experience and every girl is different. I always thought they were comfortable and never had that feeling but it also depends on the thong. G-strings are thinner and they don't give weggies lol but it might be a little weird for the first time. You get used to it though.

For several months now, I have noticed that the skin on my nipples is kinda peeled off, if that makes sense- it is reddish, while the rest of the area is brownish. It is not painful at all. I asked my sister about it before, and she said to make sure to moisturize the area after taking a shower, which I never do, but probably should. My mom also told me to make sure I wash my bras regularly in a mild detergent.

But that said, I still wonder why the skin around my nipples (just the center) is not there... I know this might sound gross, but why would this happen? And what can/should I do about it?

The skin around nipples is very sensitive and if you don't moisturize, it get's dry which causes the skin to crack. Your mother and sister gave you great advice already, so just make sure that after you shower, you put lotion on.

Don't worry if she cries! It could be from excitement or from a sad part of the movie. Just be there to comfort her and hold her hand. That's all she needs.
