i am 07 month pregnant how is my child health,what i have to do?

We are not doctors and we can't tell you how your unborn child is doing. You need to go see a real doctor who can discuss these things with you. They will be able to do an ultra sound and let you know. If you are 7 months pregnant and have never even went for a check up, that's just very odd and inconsiderate for your baby. You need to make an appointment as soon as possible.
