hey, i dont know y but every since i turned 12 (im now 13) i have lost a lot of my self confidence. i think im pretty and all but i dunno sometimes i just wish i could change a lot of things about myself. ne ideas of how i can boost my self confidence back up? (link)

I 14 yrs. old and i am so down lately (like the past year) and i just hate my self so much and i cut myself sometimes... and it doesnt hurt... i dont know what to do to get out of this! i feel like i have no more friends and tht everyone hates me and wants to (litterally) kill me!I've been around some drugs lately but i dont really want to try them but im so tempted. I've been taking a lot of pain killers lately... Hoping tht i might over dose or something.... i've strangled myself to where i pass out before... i dont kno if I just need some one to hear me out and understand me or what? but im hoping i can get somewhat of a reply from this...?

okay i think maybe u should go to a therapist of try harder to help urself by talking to ur parents or someone u trust about it tat might help

I am really white, but i have freckles on my face so every time i go in the sun my frackles seem to get darker but not my skin! i want to go to a tanning salon but iono how much it is, and i heard you could get cancer. should i just put sunscreen on my face then the freckles wont get darker but then i wont get a tan on my face too, what do i do??? u can try puttin on tanning lotion ur skin might get darker and at tanning salons here in il. it costs 7 dollars for 10 min. but u have to go a couple times for it to be nice i think natural tan is nicer and healthier hope i helped

theres a nail polish at stores that taste really bad and smells bad u can put it on wen u stay home and stuff and u wont bit or really wanna touch ur nails hope i helped u out

hey im only 15 and i weigh 102 and i dont seem to have a problem wit it either i havent gained a pound in like 3 months and i eat wat i want too its just the way u are ,... thats just how ur body woprks everyone is different and wen u get older it might all come back and u might be chubby u proabbaly got high metoblism i hope i spelled that right hope i helped

Are tampons supposed to hurt? because i hate wearing pads, but tampons hurt sooo bad that i cant even walk some of the time and im a very heavy bleeder so i can wear the small tampons. also does your eating habits have to do with how heavy you bleed? like if i eat healthy food and fruit and stuff will it make me bleed lighter? hey wen u put on ur tampon does blood still come thro cuase if it does then u dont have it in right ...and if u do have it in right u can have a infection with ur womanly functions inside ur body see a doctor or ask ur mom maybe she knows more or u can maybe find soemthing about it online hope i helped

hey umm just read the directions on the box and not always firs ttimers to it right it might take u a couple of tampons before u get it right and i think tampax pearl is the best u can get cause u dont have to choose a size one size fits all well regular fits for a light period and heavy hope i helped rate me please

We all know that love is a sweet but sad thing... Well me na this guy have dated 2 times before an it didnt work out because of the people around us always starting shit. Finally i realized to just not believe drama anymore and stick to me an him .. well hes in the army and right now hes just in training but hes been gone alot but we've been together for about 2 months but i love him ... Hes the sweetest sin you kno- He goes to iraq for a year in november and he told my best friend that more then likely were gonna breka up for that year and its hard cause i dont want us to break up ever i just cant see me without him for a whole year. Pepsi is my life. That is all i drink. Me and this guy we have a great connection between us we were goin out but then last night when the topic arose we started talking about how he'll be 18 soon and it'd be illegal for us to do anything (im 15). Hi there! I was just wondering if you could help me figure out what to do about a lil problem I'm havins?!?! Ok...well see I've been dating this guy for 2 months but before we even knew each other he was really good friends with some of my best friends. Well ever since the first day that we started *officially* going out they all started telling him how I was just gonna use him for sex and then dump him and stuff=(but when I met him I was a VIRGIN! And now they keep telling him that he never spends time with them anymore and that he should break up with me and they say all this stuff behind my back but then act like everythings alright when they talk to me! I mean I really love my friends but I don't think it's right that they do/say all this stuff about me. I confronted them once and they all said sorry and that they knew I would never do anything like that to them and that they wouldn't let it happen again but now its just gettin worse! i think ur friends are just jealous and they wont admit to it they just dont kno how it feels to have someone special ..but wen their time comes they will kno how it felt so dont look at ur friends all the time becuase ur with someone u love and if u choose ur friends over ur bf then thats wrong i mean its been 2 months who knows where this relationship might be in a year but if u dont like this guy too much then go for ur friends becuase they cane bring u more happiness
