S_C answered Thursday July 1 2004, 2:49 pm: Hmm, you don't say what your height it, but at 14 I doubt you need to gain any weight, you seem to be at a decent weight for the average 14 year old.
Although, if you really want to gain some weight, excercise a lot more - it will help to build muscle which ways more than fat.

HollyAnn2282 answered Thursday July 1 2004, 12:35 pm: YOU DONT WANT WEIGHT! Seriously your only 14 and you've got a fast motabolisum (Spelt that way wrong) I was the same way and now I'm gaining weight so dont worry about it give it time... You dont need more weight, your a good size.
