I am 14 and weigh like around 100-110 pounds, i eat sooooo much but i dont gain 1 pound!!! does anyone know a way i can gain some weight??

Thats a FINE weight you dont need to gain anything ....but if you do work out remember muscles weigh more then fat so you can keep your figure and weight what you want too!

Hmm, you don't say what your height it, but at 14 I doubt you need to gain any weight, you seem to be at a decent weight for the average 14 year old.

Although, if you really want to gain some weight, excercise a lot more - it will help to build muscle which ways more than fat.

hey im only 15 and i weigh 102 and i dont seem to have a problem wit it either i havent gained a pound in like 3 months and i eat wat i want too its just the way u are ,... thats just how ur body woprks everyone is different and wen u get older it might all come back and u might be chubby u proabbaly got high metoblism i hope i spelled that right hope i helped

You are young, let your metabolisim catch up with you. Just eat healthy and take your vitamins and in your later teen years you will find yourself not being able to eat what you used to!!

its just cuz ur matabalism is high and u cant do ne thing to help it ! u could get weight gain pills !

YOU DONT WANT WEIGHT! Seriously your only 14 and you've got a fast motabolisum (Spelt that way wrong) I was the same way and now I'm gaining weight so dont worry about it give it time... You dont need more weight, your a good size.
