Q: I was recently dumped by my boyfriend on my birthday. it was so painful but i dont know how to get over him its been about 2 or 3 weeks now since we broke up but i cant stop thinking about him. I always catch myself listening to songs that are similiar to are break up. People are always telling me to get over him but its hard when you loved some one. You cant just forget what happened. I always look back on are first kiss at my party. Somtimes i even cry my self to sleep. Well the worst part was we were the best of friends before we went out and now that we broke up were always arguing and im always getting jeoulose becuase he already likes other girls and he is always talking about them on the phone. But i mean cant give away are friendship its been to long of being friends to just throw it away. well what should i do to get over this its so painfull! (i am 13 and a girl)

Getting over him isn't going to be easy. It will probably be a couple more weeks before you get over him. But ways to make it seem quicker is by seperating yourself from him for awhile. Don't necessarily avoid him, but don't seek him out either. And being mad and getting into fights with him is natural. And just ignore your friends you keep saying to get over him because it seems to me like you know that you need to get over him, it just takes time and can be hard. Just stick out and tell off all the people you tell you to get over him if you really don't want to yet. Oh, and becoming friends with him agian my take awhile, but just give it time and if he still wants to be friends it will workout, you'll see.

Q: Hey i am 17 and i have this boyfriend whom i care alot about. he is 19 and last thursday we went through a little problem. his friends tell him he needs to date older women because they are more experience and that they dont make no bull crap. anyways he told me that they make sense but he really cares for me to much and he dont want that to happen. he is going to cancun in 2 weeks and i asked him if we were going to break up when he goes. and he asked me why i asked that. but then thursday he said all thatand he is the kind of person who does not take bull crap and he tells it like it is. but i really care for him alot and dont want us to break up for no reason. well then last night we were on the phone and we were talking about why i asked if ihe wanted to be with me. because saturday i was feeling like he did not want to be with me, and i asked him and then we finally talked. i know i may confuse you but i am confusing myself but what i want to know is how can i get him to talk really serious to me?

First, his friends are stupid because just since a girl is older doesn't mean that she is more experanced nor that she spits less bull shit than someone that is 17. Second, if he breaks up with you because he's friends told him to, then the boy has no brains of his own and believe me, you don't want that. But to actually answer your question, you need to get it though to him that you are being serious, and sit him down just the two of you and make him listen. That's really all you can do.

Q: kay..well i hve a boyfriend that im COMPLETELY in love with...we've been together for half a year...and i couldnt be happier...except..i cant stop thinking about my ex. my ex broke my heart so many times...and i was so in lov with him...i didnt get over him for two and a half years..and i gues im still not over him...he flirts w/ me alot..and talks about our pass and says he misses me..and i miss him too. i dont kno what to do...i absolutely cannot make myself stop thinking about him...i cant beleeve i miss him so much..i think i still love him..after all, he was my first love..and i kno its normal to never forget your first love..but this is different...i think i still love him..and i HATE it..i feel so horrible..please help..

thinking about him is normal but if you are happy where you are then stay there. there is a great chance that if you go back out that he will hurt you agian.

it's going to be hard to pick your relationship back up. going out and then just becoming frinds doesn't happen easily. it could take a little while for it not to be werid any more. so if you think that you or he needs room then let there be room and see how being friends feels.

Q: i met a cute guy this weekend, at a rebel paintball cuarse - he works there - my house is jus a few blocks away from it - we started chattin right away - well - long story short - i was playin with his phone, and he told me 2 put my number on - i asked him why, and he told me its so he can call me when hes there again - i dont know if he likes me - but it sure looks that way - i jus wanna know - does he like me - or doesnt he - cause i sure-as-hell like him.

sounds to me like he is defintly flirting with you. so anwser his calls, go back to the rebel paintball cuarse when you know that he working and just keep flirting, and find out his interests. get him more interested then he already is and he will porbably ask you out.

There is this kid at my school who annoys me and I can hardly focus on my work in the classes we have in common. I told the adults about the sitiuation and they said I had to deal with it.
Im usualy a calm person but sometimes I get pissed. Can any1 help? fives go out to the best answers.Oh, and by the way, he's still 12.

the kid sounds like an ass. see if you can ignore him or if maybe you can make sure that you sit on the opposite side of the room in the classes that you are in with him. or try and find something to focus or someone else to complain about him so that he can get yelled at or kicked out.

being 14 and never having a boyfriend is no big deal. i didn'y start dating until i was 14 and i have friends my age who still haven't had a boyfriend either. it's doesn't mean that there is something wrong with you. there probable means that there is something wrong with the guys at your school for not asking you out.lol

Q: well i went out with this guy for 16mths and we broke up coz he cheated on me with alot of my mates i know its bad but were been broken up now for 6 mths and out of the blue i get this email i wana be mates and i still like you and all the rest of it i realy want to be mates but i know i love him to much to just be mates but i dont want to get back to gether with him coz i know ill only get hert agian and yet i also want to be mates im so confused i know i shouldnt go back but it realy herts deep down i dont know what to do please just help me i realy carnt deal with this on my own

since you are still confused than if you start being friends agian you could end up going out again even if you don't want to right now. so tell him that you want to be friends but you need some time to think though things and get over him.

Q: im not sure if im exsperincing a real feeling for a "guy" friend of mine or if im just doing it to like someone. I'm afraid to ask him to do something because i don't want to ruin out friendship but I'm afraid that if i don't say anything than I may miss a good chance. i want to try to like him but i don't want to ruin our frienship, which i value more.very confused here..please help!

i can say from experince that know for sure whether or not you let him first will be best for both of you. going into it confused can cause you to breakup on bad terms, confuse him, or hurt one of you. so my advice is make up your mind before acting on a maybe feeling.

Q: My Birthday is on November 2..and i wanna have a party but i have no idea wut to do! does anybody know where i should have my party and what a good theme is? thankss so much in advance!

my friends and i have parties all the time, mostly for no good reason. but the better ones were when there was like no theme, alot of sugar, soda, loud music, and when it was in my friend's basement. but that's just us, and if you don't want to try that, you can always go somewhere or throw a slumber party. i my opion, you are never to old for a good pizza, ice cream, girlie-crying movie, pillow fight, slumber party. hope i helped.

Q: Hey everyone! My hair is naturally wavy and very thick. I have it cut it layers with angled bangs. If I wear my hair natural it looks, well, like crap. I would love to make my hair either curly or wavy. What do you think is the best product and how do I make this possible? Rollers? Curling Iron? Any specific product??

first of all i have thick curly hair too, and any knid of layers are going to make your probable look like crap. they just make your hair bigger. and for product..if you don't want poof..use like a gell or defriz-curl product. and if you don't like the stickness of gell then use some kind of conditioner for wavy/curly hair, it helps.

Q: k well theres this guy and he wrote me a note and put it in my locker but he didnt really write it his friend wrote it but he told him what to write and then today i was like "phillip you know i like you" and then he smiled and like held my hand for a minute then when his friend came he let go really quick but were not going out so u think theres a chance that we will go out?

by the fact that he gave you that note and held your hand...no matter for how long...it sounds to me that he likes you a lot and there is a good chance that you two could end up going out. and with the whole thing of him letting go of your hand, he is probable one of those guys that doesn't want to look like the lovey-dovey-hand holding type of guy in front of his friends.

Q: I want to be something slutty for Halloween cause thats what all my friends are being... But they all wear JR's clothes I wear a large in kids sizes. I needa find a costume for Halloween thats cute and a tad bit slutty but I can't cause I'm small. Maybe you can help me.

Q: there is this guy and he is a grade older than me. we have been friends for a really really long time and i never really thought i liked him until a few weeks ago. my best friend hasnt known him very long, and as soon as i told her that i liked him..she went for him. it really seems like he likes her alot more. i dont really care because i think that we are too good of friends to go out, but do you think she is going for her because of competition or something like that? it always seems like she is trying to compete with me when it comes to guys. and...how should i get over him..whenever he is with me and her i just feel jelous for some reason...even though i dont really like him anymore...is it because im jelous?

it sounds to me like your friend likes competition. you're just really good friends with this guy, but i think she told you that you like him and then went after him because she wanted someone to compete with while trying to get him. you should probable just talk to her about it. and your sudden feeling of jealous is probable because before she met him it was mainly you get attention from him and being to talk to him, but now she wants his attention. to me it sounds nothing more than miscommunication.

Be yourself and talk to him first. If you both like sports then talk about spots, an easier approch, is by asking him for help in a subject that he's good in, even if you don't really need help. It's just all about start a conversation and finding out whether or not you like him once you start a really conersation with him. Who know maybe he's a really jerk once you get to know him. So start out by trying to become his friend, and go from there.

Q: my boyfriend hasnt called me in like 4-5 days.all my friends say that he isnt grounded so that means that he can talk on the phone!i dont know if this means that he wants to break up or what.we have been together fo 5 months and we have had our good days but there has been some bad ones too!!! what should i do???

If he hasn't called that doesn't really mean that he wants to break it off. I mean I know that when I went out with his guy for a bout a year, and we saw each other EVERY day, it got to be a little much. So maybe he needs some air or he's been busy. But the first thing to do is ask him if you are that worried, but if not then just call him. But try not to jump the gun and think he wants to break it for or is cheating, because 9 times out of 10, it's all in your head. And don't just sit around wanting for him, go out with friends, have fun and make him wonder what you're doing.

Q: Ok me and my friend recently went to the movies and we missed our show so we were jsut hanging out and talkting to this really hot guy.So we told him we would come back next friday ( because he works there) and so I asked my mom and she said she wanted to go but she would just see another movie.I really dont want her to go so how should I say that without hurting her feelings??Should I say just goo shopping or something?!?!

Moms can be tricky, so I say find out whether is wants to go to check this guy or is wants to go to be with you. If it's to check up on the guy, then there is most likely no way you're going to talk her out of it. But if she wants to go to be with you then see if she would like to reschedule so that it can me just the 2 of, a girls day out.

Q: i started my period around the first of august. like the 2nd..about.. for the first time. its september now & i havent started yet this month. will the date i start this month be the date for every month ? ?? help me out w/ this time date stuff

All your periods won't be the same. They change time and pain all the time. I'd say to just keep watching out for it. And some times girls can end up skipping a month or 2 after your first one.
