You steam your face. Like, you boil water & put it in a big bowl, put your face over it & have a towel over your head. It'll open your pores up & some of the blackheads should just like stick out, so you'll be able to scrape them off. =] Sounds pretty gross but yeah. :)

You just need to pace yourself, whenever you feel like you're about to go out of breath, just power walk.
okay so i go tanning in a tanning bed. does anyone know how to get tan really fast? either laying fae up or face down if theres a differnce or what kinda of tanning lotion to use?
Well, for me. If I laid down face up, my back would get the best tan, since it's closer to the rays then my stomach, but when I laid on my stomach it would get a better tan. I don't know if that works on everyone else but it did for me! There are plenty of accelerators out there. I used: Bask Premium Blend Accelerator. Check at your tanning salon & see what accelerators they have. Also, go on hotter tanning beds, like I'm not sure if your salon has ones that are like for beginners, and you just work your way up to the hottest. :] But yeah!

Everyone will probably say Crest White Strips, because they do make your teeth white. But theres plenty of toothpastes that are specifically out there to make your teeth white, which I would definitely recommend doing. Pearl White is the best. They make toothpaste & drops (to put on your teeth.) You can get it at Wal-mart. =]

I've been a follower of your column for a while now. I've read that you lost a good amount of weight. Would you be comfortable sharing how much you lost? If not, that's okay, too. I understand. Also, I've read that you followed strict diets and took some special pills specific to your needs, but when you lost weight.. how often did you run? And how many minutes per run, would you say? Aww that's sweet. In total now I've lost about 38 pounds. I'd say at first whenever I started losing weight, I tried to run atleast 3 times a week, since that's the healthy range of exercising like, every other day. But, I didn't see any weight loss, so I just started running everyday, and I saw some weight loss, so I just did that. But, I was always tired & felt unhealthy. I was ALWAYS running ATLEAST an hour. Depending on how much my body could handle running! :]

Well i sweat a whole lot. like a WHOLE lot.. even in the winter i have wet under arm rings and i dont know what to do about it.. i use deoderant but it doesnt really help.. is there anything i can do? any tips?

Well, it's probably the deoderent you're using, it's not strong enough for you. Theres stuff out there called Certain Dri. You can get it at Eckerd, I don't think you can get it at Walmart. You could try CVS or Walgreens, too. Well, Certain Dri you apply at night & it makes the pores in your armpits smaller, so you don't sweat as much. But during the day, I suggest Arrid, extradry;;extraextradry. You can get both of them at Walmart. & They're seriously the besttttttt! =]

Well, you go into the Picture Index (where all the pictures are.) Then look underneath the picture you want to comment on & it says in blue, "Post a comment." Click on that. Type your comment & there ya go. :)

does that Hollywood Diet drink that's suppose to make you lose 10 pounds in 48 hours actually work? has anyone tried it or know someone that's tried it?
I've never tried it, but it would probably make you lose 10 lbs in 2 days, but then you'd just gain it all back again.
so i broke up with me bf (of 2 months) about a week ago. We still talk everyday he's my bestfriend. the reason i called it off was because i would think about other guys, and i was confised so i broke up with him. Well, first of all. This boy is a retard. No offense, but it's seriously true. If he likes you so damn much then he'd be with you, right? He wouldn't be going out with this other chick & telling you that he loves you and what not. He obviously has feelings for this other girl. You need to have a serious talk with him & tell him that you're sick of the way he's treating you, and if he liked you as much as he tells you he does, he'd be with you. You let him go for a reason, and then he just started dating someone else straight after this. I doubt there will be a future for your relationship.

i really like this guy and he goes to a differnet school and how can i have relationship with him if he goes to a differnet school. I know he likes me because he already told me and He lives in the same town tho but we never get a chance to see eachother because we go to differnet schools does that affecet our relationship? I need some adivce.
I'm sure if you really like him & he really likes you, it doesn't matter how far apart you two are. I'm sure if you two live in the same town, you'll see each other often, just not during school times. I doubt it would affect your relationship, just as long as both of you are faithful & don't do anything at school when you aren't together.

This can mean a various number of things. They could just be horny & want to have mad sex with you, or they could just find you really hot. If you feel uncomfortable, then simple solution, don't wear a skirt. It's not that hard.

What happens if someone loses 80+ pounds? What will their body be like? Figure they're 20 years old, so they pretty much have a quicker metabolism than an adult, but yeah.. Will they have any scars or marks or lumps or anything like that? And how would they get rid of that, aside from surgery? Is there even a way?

Umm, with me, when I lost weight - I exercised too, so that helped stretch out my skin, so it's not like I have extra skin hanging here & there. But I DO have stretchmarks, which most people get whenever they're bigger & when they lose the weight, there will still be stretchmarks there. I don't think there's any way to remove them, but you can use cocoa butter moisturizers to fade them.
Depending on how tall you are probably is a big factor here, & how your skin will just develop over time. I'm in weight watchers & I've heard a lot of success stories, one about this woman who weighed 250lbs & then lost about 100 & now weighs 150, and she has NO extra skin. Which is pretty unbelievable, but it happens to alot of people. But there are a lot of cases that they just have extra skin EVERYWHERE & the only way to get it removed is to have surgery.
Hey everyone, I'm 14/Female in eighth grade...
Anyways, at my middle school we have a Valentines' Day Carnation Sale, and with every carnation you send sort of this "note" type thing with a message on it for the person you want to receive the flower. A really nerdy guy sent me a carnation today! Like, your typical violin-playing, huge glasses-wearing geeky dude. Even worse: on the note he asked me out! I don't know how to say "thanks but no thanks" nicely. I really don't want to break the kids' heart, because with his social status it must have been really hard to work up the courage to do something like that. I admit, it was really, really sweet of him! I just don't like him in that way. For one thing, I barely even know the kid...and I guess I would be kind of embarrassed to be even SEEN with him. Wow, I sure do sound stuck up =[. I just don't know of any nice ways to say "no". Anyone have any ideas? Thank you so much.

First of all you DON'T sound stuck up, at all!! I think you need to go up to him face-to-face & thank him for the carnation, because it was really sweet of him to do something unexpected like that. Then maybe you could write him a note, without telling him to his face, because he might get embarassed if you openly say "I don't want to have a relationship with you." You know what I mean? Write him a note, just explaining that you're not looking for a boyfriend + you don't really know him well enough to have a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. It's nothing bad, just tell him that it'd be nice to know him better. He'll probably just leave you alone after this note, because he'll feel really weird around you, but I'm not sure he might be completely different. And maybe to make him feel better & so he'll know that things aren't weird say hi to him in the hallways, or just stop and ask him how his day is going. =]
