RUNNING?

Question Posted Monday February 20 2006, 8:44 pm

Hi Naimee!!
I've been a follower of your column for a while now. I've read that you lost a good amount of weight. Would you be comfortable sharing how much you lost? If not, that's okay, too. I understand. Also, I've read that you followed strict diets and took some special pills specific to your needs, but when you lost weight.. how often did you run? And how many minutes per run, would you say? HELP WOULD BE EXTREMELY APPRECIATED! (:

Hey! :]

Aww that's sweet. In total now I've lost about 38 pounds. I'd say at first whenever I started losing weight, I tried to run atleast 3 times a week, since that's the healthy range of exercising like, every other day. But, I didn't see any weight loss, so I just started running everyday, and I saw some weight loss, so I just did that. But, I was always tired & felt unhealthy. I was ALWAYS running ATLEAST an hour. Depending on how much my body could handle running! :]
