My parents want ot get a new TV and throw away our old one which is kinda crappy but still works! and I want it in my room but how can i convince them to let me have it?1
Well I know that from experience that the way to get one is not to beg, lol. I would try to act really responsible (i.e. do all your chores, do well in school, take care of your responsibilites) and let them know you wouldn't be watching television 24/7 and that you would only be watching your favorite shows like a few times a week.
okay. me and one of my Ex's broke up 7 months ago! And now,, one of my friends asked him if he still likes me, and he said "well....it was b'cuz of baseball...." (that he broke up w/ me)And never really answered her question.
Since then, hes been staring at me in the halls. And flirting w/ me. Just not talking to me.

Unless he's a player, if he's flirting with you and staring at you he probably still likes you. Guys are shy and are not as talkative as girls, lol. You should probably talk to him face-to-face to find out why he broke up with you in the first place. It could have been another girl and now that she's gone, he has his eye on you, which is not so great since you'd be the rebound. But it could be about him. Honestly, I have no clue why he broke up with you, something about baseball? I don't know. But it sounds like he still has feelings for you. I would have a good talk with him to find out the truth.
okay.. i was talking to my friend yesterday and she told me she thinks she might be pregnant.. At first i thought she was kidding but she was being serious. She said she doesn't want to tell anybody and would be too scared to get a pregnancy test or anything. She thinks she should be on birth control too. She's only 14! what can i do?.. Oh her boyfriend doesnt know she might be pregnant either :/
If she wants to be on birth control or get an official pregnancy test, she can go to her doctor (this would be the best option) and it can be totally confidential, but her parents would find out eventually, or get a home pregnancy test from a drugstore. These are usually pretty accurate.
I need a dress for my 8th grade graduation, but I have NO idea where to look. Its supposed to look nice, but not too dressy. I'm really really picky though. Any ideas where I can get a pretty cheap dress for it? Thanks!

I'm extremely shy, and I've never had a boyfriend, or a kiss. I want a boyfriend.. should I continue to be shy, do guys think it's cute? Or should I push myself to be more outgoing.. but idk how? I try to be myself, but I get so insecure, I always think people are judging me. I've had a few boys ask me out and everything.. but they were all losers, not to be mean or anything. So it's not like i've never had a chance of having a boyfriend. How do I get a decent guy to notice me?
Well I'm also extremly shy, and have a hard time around guys and have never had a boyfriend or a kiss either. Personally, I don't think guys are attracted to someone who's going to flirt around everyone (meaning most of the male species).
Just so you know, people aren't judging you. Guys want you to be yourself, and I can tell you know that. So just trust your gut. Even if you haven't found the right guy yet, or even a fairly decent one, just be patient. Your time will come.

Well dont laugh but i want to be a dolphin trainner/And move to america/I live in the uk right and was gonna' move to florida last year but begged mum not to because my of my life back here. When i am older id like to be a dolphin trainner.
But to be that i need to study and learn about them and other things. I have no clue what i need to learn though.. anyone can tell me like what i need to study?
Then in grade 8 i need to pick my subjects that i have to do coursework on.. well i dont know what subjects will get me to being a dolphin trainner or even an author..?

Well since you would like to be a dolphin trainer when you're older, you might want to consider something like a marine biologist. You definitly need to study biology if you want to be a dolphin trainer. If you'd like to be an author, you might want to study literature or even journalism. Hope this helps!
my friend is having her bday party...but my other friend is having hers the same day..but invited me afterwards. I want to go to both..should i try and work where i leave one party early to go to the other..should i just pick one party to go to? i dont want to hurt anyones feelings.
Well, the way I see it, you have 2 options:
a) Go to one friend's birthday party (I would go to the friend that asked you first or the one that you said yes to first) or
b) split your time between the two (this might be a good idea if one of your friends is doing one activity at one time and the other is doing a different activity at a different time...just so you could balance what you're doing better)
Problem with b is that your friends might get mad for going to only half of one party...
If it was me, I would go to the one that I said yes to first, just to be fair.
I need help... well i am going out wit someone lets call him Jason! well anyways I really like Jason but I really love my old boyfreind lets call him Jon.. well me and Jon talk alot on the phone.. i loved him since we started goin out heck, ive liked him since i first saw him! lol .. well what I am asking is should i break up with "Jason" or stay with him.. I mean i like him and dont want to hurt him but I love Jon! I cant not think about him.. i dont kno I am so confused
This is a hard one. You like the guy you're going out with, but you like your old boyfriend more. Why did you break up with Jon in the first place? If you remember why, you might have some different opinions. Maybe he broke up with you. But if you really like Jason, you need to be fair to him and give him a chance. It's hard to let go to the ones you love (meaning Jon) but you two will still stay friends. You can also love him as a friend if you'd like to think of it that way. But if you feel like you're not being fair to Jason and Jon wants to get back together, tell them both your true feelings.
if your are really athletic, are you less likely to get you period? or is it the exact opposite?
Actually it's neither. If you're athletic and exercize appropiatly, you won't get your period sooner or later. But, if you are losing a lot of weight or gaining a lot of wait, your period might change. I hope this helps!
