My guy friend wants to have sex with me and vice versa but the only thing thats stopping us(well me)is that im a little overweight and i have stretchmarks. they're really embarasing and i dont want him to see them
is their anyway to get rid of them almost completely? will he be turned off and disgusted at the sight of seeing them? and also will it hurt reallly bad my first time?(im virgin hes not)

ask urself first if you are ready emotionally for sex. you might regret having sex with a guy who wont stay with you for a long time. afterall, you r only 16. also, do not trust completely on condoms because they are only 80-90% safe. i got friends that used condoms but still got pregnant.
stretch marks take a long time to erradicate. but a simple application of olive oil can strenghten ur skin, therefore reduces stretch marks. this is a daily routine, so maybe you could apply it everyday after shower.
plus, if he gets turned off then, he doesnt deserve your cooperation. :)
Is it gross or weird for a girl with very dark and coarse hair to shave her arms?
no. but it wouldnt look good when the hair is on the stage of growing back again, and u will feel the itchyness because u shaved it. since the hair is dark, it would easily be seen. i recommend waxing or using depilatory cream/mousse. :)
