I'm scared, i dont know what to do. Should i involve myself into sexual intercourse? Theres this boy, and i've known him for four years.. He has been t here for me through everything. i want to be on the volleyball team next year... but i suck at volleyball. i have all summer and i want 2 get good, but i cant join a team because im going to be on vacation in july. how do i learn 2 play?
Im on the high school volleyball team at my school. I first tried out when I was in sixth grade. The only thing you can do to get better is practice. You can practice while you are watching tv by "setting" between commercials. Jumping Rope also helps you to become agile. I recommend that you do some sort of an ab workout...it gets you loose. If you can't get your serve over the net..its ok. One of the players on our team didnt get ONE serve over till she was a senior. It all depends on how much effort you are willing to put into it. I'm a 19/f and about to lose my virginity to my boyfriend 22/f of 1 year. He himself is not a virgin and has had I think it was 3 partners in the past. There have been recent reported cases of HVI infections in our area. Well, I was always taught to treat everyone as if they had the virus because you never know who might actually have it. They probably don't even know. So, as a precaution I want to ask him to get tested. It's not that I don't trust him because I do. If I didn't, I wouldn't lose my virginity to him. I'm just afraid that he'll take it as if I don't trust him. I know it's a smart decision but I just don't know how to approach the subject. And, if he agrees to it then I will go with him and get tested also. Any opinions/advice is appreciated.
I would ask him. If he doesnt have the virus then he will more than willingly go and be tested. However if he resists, he may have the virus and be trying to take advantage of his time left. Ok I am 16/m and my father recently passed away. He was the only one taking care of me and my little sister, Sarah.(my mother diched us when Sarah was born.) Sarah is only 6 and I've been trying to take care of her and myself but it's not working. We don't have any other relatives that she can go live with and I can't keep taking care of her. My school counselor has been trying to help us anyway he can and he recommended handing her over to the state. He said that it would be easier on the both of us if I did and it would give her a chance at a better life. He said that there a lot of foster families out there who end up adopting the children that they take in. Does anyone know how the "system" works? I mean if I do give her to the state will she be safe or is she better off with me? It's really hard for me to take care of her and I don't feel like I'm a good parental figure. I have a job but it doesn't pay enough to take care of the two of us. So if anyone knows anything about the foster care system or whatever it's called please let me know. I want to make sure that it's safe for her so that I can determine what will be better for her. Thank you.

I am sorry about your parents...you sound like you7 really love your little sister...and the best thing that you could do would be to geive her up to the state. They will give her a home where she can grow up and live as normally as possible. The foster care system is very responsible and works well. If Sarah doesn't like the home she can tell the state she wants to be moved. I hope everything works out for you and your sister. Even if you decide to give her up to the state you can still visit her because after all, she is still your sister.

Ok guys here's the scope I got this girl that has had a crush on me for like all year. We got to know each other and after like 6 months we decided to get ingaged, but we were hiding it from her mother. I am in the army and I believe in being up front with ppl. You did the right thing, by breaking up with her. If you two do get married, and she has something important to tell you, she may put it off like she did with her mother. It could end up effecting your future. However, If you two do decide to get engaged again, wait a year or two to get married. During that time period you should be able to get to know her better than before. However, it is the same with any couple. The engagement is the second hardest part...and marriage is the hardest. The night was dreary and the rain came down
She said "Lets go for a ride away from town"
All thru the ride she had nothing to say

Jenny was so happy about the house they had found.
For once in her life it was on the right side of town.

There'd be sleep-overs, and parties; she was so happy
It's just the way she wanted her life to be.
On the first day of school, everything went great.
She made new friends and even got a date!

Because I just got a date with the star of the team!"
To be known in this school you had to have a clout,
And datiing this guy would sure help her out.
There was only one problem stopping her fate.

But the moonlight ride would have to wait.
For Jeff was half drunk by this time.
She felt someone remove her from the twisted rubble,
And heard, call an ambulance!
These kids are in trouble!
Voices she heard...a few words at best.
But she knew there were two cars
involved in the wreck.
Then wondered to herself if Jeff was all right,
And if the people in the other car was alive.
She awoke in the hospital to faces so sad.
"You've been in a wreck and it looks pretty bad."
These voices echoed inside her head,
As they gently told her that Jeff was dead.
They said "Jenny, we've done all we can do.
But it looks as if we'll lose you too."
"But the people in the other car!? "Jenny cried.
"We're sorry, Jenny, they also died."
Jenny prayed, "God, forgive me for what I've done
I only wanted to have just one night of fun."
"Tell those people's family, I've made their lives dim,
And wish I could return their families to them."
"Tell Mom and Dad I'm sorry I lied,
And that it's my fault so many have died.
Oh, nurse, won't you please tell them that for me?"
The nurse just stood there-she never agreed.
But took Jenny's hand with tears in her eyes.
And a few moments later Jenny died.
A man asked the nurse,
"Why didn't you do your best?"
To bid that girl her one last request?"
She looked at the man with eyes so sad.
"Because the people in the other car
were her mom and dad."

ok, i have this friend, actually she is my girl friend, her name is kelly, and kelly is really good friends with amy. but amy is one of those people that her mom babies the HELL out of. and my mom keeps tellin me to try to stay away from those types of people cause in highschool and colage they are the ones who end up doing drugs-sex-alchohal (sp) ect... and i really want to keep kelly away from all that. I admire you because you care so much about your friend. However, you can't MAKE her do anything...she's got to do it on her own. Let Kelly know how you feel. i guess i would consider myself a minority, i'm half chinese half white (swedish/german) and i guess im sort of having an identity crisis. i am a senior in high school and i have a group of really close friends that are all white. my group of friends in high school that are my age are all asian. its been really wierd for me but for the first time ive had to deal with people being racist against me for hanging out with asians, associating with asians, and just plain being asian. i can't help feeling ashamed about it and at the same time mad that i do feel ashamed because its part of who i am, and no one should be ashamed about it. i keep getting advice from my mom and from my best friend to not care what other people think but its really hard because "other people's thoughts of you" is so much about what high school is. i guess thats why im looking forward to college because its more a time for yourself. anyways i can't help feeling embarassed and im ashamed of myself for thinking like this. i don't understand why i feel the way i do but does anyone have some good insight or information-im having a real identity crisis.

I want to gain more muscle and tone up my body. Already, i'm 5'3'', weigh 100 pounds and i am 13. I want to do exercises that will tone up my body in my areas of my arms, stomach(abs), butt, thighs and calves. I want to notice an extreme improvment in the next 5 weeks. I want an exercise that will tighten my butt and thighs extremly with out making them larger or look to musculer. For the stomach and arms, i want an exercise that tones my stomach fast and quick, along with my arms that won't decrease and burn off the fat on my breast. I'm also up for sertain healthy foods that will help!! Also, are there any foods out there, or herbs, that will make my breast larger? I'm only a 32AA. Thank-you for the help
To gain more muscle, you WILL gain weight. Muscle weighs more than weight but then again, you would have the muscles you always wanted. You can't do anything about your chest...it just takes time. There is no fat on your breast...it is tissue...if you lost all the fat in your breasts then you would be as flat as a piece of paper. Don't be so hard on yourself. You are only 13. ok, i love my girl friend, and i have loved her since the day i first saw her, and because i have loved her for so long (i first saw her 12 years ago) when i finnally got to be with her (just 3 months ago) i guess i went really into things cause i felt (causa my love for her) that we've been going out for 12 years, but i didnt get to do anything...so i guess i rushed into things when we were first going out... This has happened to me a BUNCH of times. I seem to send off the wrong vibe. Try to stay away from her boyfriend. If you aren't around him then she can't accuse you of liking him.
