This includes the full spectrum of things such as: aenorexia, bulemia, traumatic abuse disorder, manic depression (bipolar).
I believe it is important to educate youth about this stuff because more than 25 percent of people will be disabled for some time of their life with depression!

My sister always likes going swimming with me and my dad. I find it fun too! But the thing is she's been planning it since last Sunday for her me and my dad to go Swimming today. But when I went to the bathroom this morning, I found out that I have my period. So I told my mom that I couldn't go swimming. But then when we were driving home from Church today, my sister brought up the subject, and my mom said that I couldn't go. She kept on asking and asking why I couldn't go and we told her because I can't. So now she's really mad at me. She's only 9 and doesn't know about periods and stuff so she's really mad at me. I feel really bad. I wish she was a little older so that she could know. So now I feel really guilty. What should I do? (link)

me and my ex boyfriend were one of those couples where we were exact opposites. he was kind of "Wigger-ish" and i was moare "Skater". he would even call me a skater .. and then he'd say how much he hates them. it always affended me so he would add "Except for you" but it didnt make much of a difference. when he found out my favorite color was orange, he got all weird like "Holy fuck, you're only supposed to like black". who the hell tells their girlfriend, let alone anyone .. what colors they can like? it really pissed me off, and we broke up later that night for other reasons, and he just moved here over the summer (thats how i met him). now hes going to my school where no one knows him, and he's going to be in most of my classes. i really liked him even though we were different. and im shy around guys so i probably wont talk to him. what should i do if i want to be with him again, but keep him from treating me like shit? I met this guy, this AWESOME guy... I used to be one of those, daring girls, i would have turned really slutty and a rebel..huge if i didn't find this guy, this guy is a strong christian, he turned me around and got me help through God, he took me to church and everything and showed me how strong God is and how much I need him. He didn't like me after awhile. And that was my first love. im 14, who can feel love at this age, i know sounds stupid as ever. But this guy, had the greatest impact on my life, we're best friends, and he does this to every girl, just leaves everyone for a new one. Hes really good looking, and a really good kid. It's just, he was everything that I wanted. I've told him I loved him, he doesn't understand. I'd die for that kid.. Well, I almost did once, actually. He means everything to me. But recently we got into a fight that lasted for a month, that was the worst time in my life, it was the loneliest, coldest month of summer in my life. He forgave me, and we're okay now, but we're not as close. I want to be close, I told him I miss him.. But.. I'm still heartbroken and I still love him and I want to be here for him, even if it is just his best friend. But we aren't that close anymore, and I want to be that "best girl" in his life, the one who was there to wipe his tears and to hold him close when all was wrong.
