My horse started limping yesterday and I dont know whats wrong with her. She is 23 years old but acts like a young horse. I cant afford to take her to the vet because Im only 13 and I already babysit to get her food. i even got her for free! I would really like to know what is wrong with her. (link)

check to make sure a rock or something like that isnt stuck in her hoof.. if you cant find anything wrong with her, try to raise money take her picture and put it a tack store, or a per store with a coffee can or something to put money in like a fund raiser, on the picture, add a piece of paper at the bottom stating her name, the problem, and why your raising money. have fun!

Hi...ok i just got 2 baby turtles and i have read a lot of aticles (like be4 i got them and everything so i would know what 2 do) and stuff but i was wondering if anyone with turtles would reply 2 me when they got there turtles and how big there tank was and how they took care of them and how long u have had them and anything else...ok thnxxxx!!!!! :) (link)

the tank should be big enough for them to swim in and grow in (find out how big they get by doing research!) if its a big turtle about the size of a dinner plate, get a child waiding pool for them (the plastic ones =D) and put fencing (chicken wire) around it so they dont get out! have fun!

I have a male Australian terrier .last week i got a female in heat so as to mate but when i put them in the kennel together they refused to. Eventually i released them letting them get to know each other but again as my dog tried to get on her back the female sat down and refused to get up. What did i do wrong or if it is not me what could be the reason for this? (link)

give the female time, she may not be used to the dog yet, it takes a little while to get used to each other! sometimes it just doesnt work out, but if they fight, try to keep them in seperate rooms! the female might not find the male dog suitable mate for her! if that happens dont worry about it! have fun!

i just reciently got an juvenile iguana, named Draco. hes pretty small, and verrrrry skiddish. whenever i put my hand in the cage, he spazzzzes out so badly. my mom and the pet shop ownver said he will sooner or later get over it and trust me. does anyone know how long it will take, and what i can do to help our relationahip grow?

your mom was rite, its just a phase they go through! try holding it and petting it, and talk to it! talk with it gently! feed it treats by hand too!

spend as much time with her as much as you can and talk with her, sweetly and softly, as you talk to her, feed her treats and pet her on the head, also its back! be gentle with her!!

get little toys or wood blocks (not big, small!) so they can bite on those! give it food, also give it tuna or chicken when it doesnt bite! also tap it on the nose when it bites! also if it doesnt work get a spray bottle/water gun and squirt it on the face, (try not to get the eyes!)once every time it bites! have fun!

arite well rite now im cleanin my hampster cage and im soaking EVERYTHING in dish soap and hot water...well my hampster like is in his lil hampster ball while im doing this and hes not like a tiny lil hampster hes really big!! and healhty...well he peed in his hampster ball and hes done this b4 but i juss wash the ball after i get the cage back together...shuld i wash the hampster??? how wuld i do it?? like in a bowl? i dont wanna kill my hampster but shuld i wash him? wash them with a damp towel on hot days, no more than once every 2 1/2 - 3 months, try not to get it too wet, and dont blowdry it! hehe! hampsters get sick (colds) very easily when wet so dry him quicky and throughly! have fun but be careful!!Hope i helped! if ya need anything else drop it in the inbox!!

try showing your parents your responsible by maybe babysitting pets aroung your neighborhood, yes you can take the kids too!! that will probably help! also try getting a small pet, try a fish (BETTA!!) first, next try a hampster, they are easier than dogs and cats, also try guinea pigs (i love the american short haired, they are sooo soft!!! and easy to manage!) also try a perivian! (dont curl/straighten/crimp ect. their hair! it might be tempting though! hehe!)then just move up!

My dog has been sleeping a lot more during the day than usual and i dunno why. She isn't feeling up to going out to play or anything either. I am worried. Will this stop soon? She is 9 years old though and she is healthy too. What is wrong?

your dog may be tired more than usual because she is getting older, she may have arthritus, and older dogs need more sleep. go to the vet and get it checked for arthritus, if the vet says she doesnt have it, its just because shes too tired and getting older!

Hey i have a dog and Our family loves him to death. He is an outside dog but we take care of him very well. The problem is that whenever i invite a friend over it seems like they think i abuse my dog and they ask me tons of questions what should i do so that i feel more confedine and not get scared when friends are coming over or when i invite a friend over? if the dog looks really thin, and you can see its ribs, there might be something wrong with the dog, so try going to the vet and see if something is wrong with it, to make sure its ok, also you should always bring your dog in during blizzards or bad weather and make sure it had shelter all the time.. also food and water..

the 1st step is lighty scolding it when it goes to the bathroom inside, when it goes outside and goes to the bathroom give it a doggie biscut! or any other treats! to get it to sit, push its bottom on the ground and say sit, while you do this, (give it a treat too!) also to make it stay, walk slowly away, go step by step though, slowly and softly and when it stays give it a treat! have fun!! i am interested in getting sea monkeys. ive done tons of research and know all about them now. does any one else have them? if you do, do you like them? also, how much is a good kit? there are many kits, so im not sure which to get! thanx, i rate :)

sea monkeys are a great pet to have! they dont require much care but are really fun to watch! a good kit costs about 7 - 10$$ make sure the kit contains these items :
*the eggs
*a small take (a 4 X 5 tank that can hold about a cup + 1/2 of water)
*food (not for u lol)
*water-clearrrrer-upperrrer (lol.. it cleans the water)
if you have any other pets, make sure u/them knock over the tank

My husband and I are adopting a cat today from the Humane Society. The cat is 4 years old, and has not been declawed. I feel it would be inhumane to do declaw her, but I am worried about her scratching my furniture, and me as well. Does anyone have any alternitives to declawing, or how to prevent her from scratching the furniture.
And any other tips for a new cat owner would be appriciated. (link)

1st of all, declawing a cat is painful and tramatic for a cat, 2nd of all it wouldnt be able to defend itself, either an outdoor/indoor cat, its still needs to defend itself just incase it does get out! no matter how careful you are it still happens! to get it to not scratch the furniture, try spraying the cat with a spray bottle, or a water gun, and also get it a scratching post, and reward it with treats (tuna or some chicken)!! yes, they would most likley be a good pet if you have the time and energy to take care of it.. it also depends on where you live, if you live in he city, its nota great idea, if you live in the country, its a great idea!! but dont put 2 roosters together, they'll fight and prolly kill each other! so get a female, so she can make more eggs to eat for breakfast and shes less likley to fight with another chicken than a male... good luck and Hope i helped! if ya need anything else drop it in the inbox!!

Ok, well you can use wax, go to a grocery store and ask the clerk if they have wax for braces, also try Peroxyl, its cheap and you can get it at grocery stores too. If ya need anything else just drop it in the inbox!!
