Allow me to Introduce myself:

My names Britney, I go by Brit. I'm a senior in high school. I've been through a lot so I know pretty much anything. I'm really outgoing and I love to have a good time. So any queustions, just ask!

okay so i spilt some soup on my dad's laptop keyboard! now some keys will not work and i dont know how to fix it! can someone please tell me what to do.. please dont delete this

the keys should pop out. Take a knife or sometihng and pop them out, then clean it out with q tips, it should work but if not you can take it to a computer place and they can fix it.

When I was little I used to be really tan, but now I'm really white, lol. I want to be darker but it's not to easy for me to get a tan. Our yard is covered with trees so there's really no sun in our yard, I can't go to the tanning bed, and I'm not to sure about that stuff you can buy that you put on that makes you tanner... I always heard it makes you look orange, lol. So what should I do? Does anyone have some suggestions? If you need to know my age I'm 15.

Most of those lotion tans or whatever do turn you orange, I've never seen 1 that hasn't. You can get a mystic tan, you can get them at any tanning place. But sometimes they do turn you orange. Its where this machine sprays this stuff on you to tan you, and then you whipe it off, but if you don't follow the directions completey you will turn orange. And they are expensive - and if you ask me, they aren't worth it. I've done it and its not all that. I've seen where the tan peels off of people. But some people are satified and it works for them. LOL its crazy. But another way to tan is to get some tanning lotion at the tanning salon and lay out at the beach or something. Since you can't lay out at your house try maybe a friends house? I'm assuming your not aloud to go to the tanning bed? If thats the case, I'd go anyway lol, because I don't think you can get a tan in your position. Good luck

I'm trying to lose weight. STOP right there - don't pass this on by thinking it's just another one of those 'HOW DO I DO IT?' questions. I know how to lose weight, what my basal metabolic rate is, even what excersizes I should be doing. What I want to know is:
*How can I keep this up? How do I stay motivated?
*And how many times will I have to sit on my hands to resist the urge of going to the biscuit tin before saying 'no, I don't really want that' becomes a habit?

HAHA this sounds really stupid but, it worked for my sister. She bought a whole entire outfit of clothes of the size she wanted to be and everytime she was loosing motivation she looked at those clothes and thought about how good she would look in them, and if she lost her motivation she just spent all that money for nothing. I think she had to look at them everyday, but hey if it works go for it. Good luck.

I've heard everyone say bleach is really bad for your hair. But there is a brand I found, that I'm not sure if it's good. It's the "Punky Color Bleach Kit" if anyone can tell me if this works good that would help a lot. By the way I have dark brown hair so.. I sorta need the bleach, because I'm going to be using a neon orangish color.

The brand doesn't matter. It is bad for your hair but you won't die from it. I've never used it before, so I couldn't tell you if it works good, but it should. When you bleach it most likely your hair will already look orange. lol. Usually it won't come out blonde on dark hair people, it usually comes out orange so I guess your just in luck lol. Have fun

i straighten my hair just about every day and its starting to get pretty damamaged. my hair is thin and wavy, and 4-6 inches past shoulder length. please let me know if you have any suggestions! thanks!!!

Get that 4-6 inches cut off, get everything that is dead off your hair. When I started striaghtening my hair it was really dead, I had to get it all cut off and it was like up past my shoulders a little bit. It really sucked because I hate short hair and I like long hair, but anyways I let my hair grow out again, and it was healthy, but to keep my hair healthy I use a heat protector called biosilk. It works really good. So I can still striaghten my hair, and it isn't damaged, I also get my hair cut every 4 weeks, your suppose to weight longer but your hair dies really quick when you striaghten it. Good luck.

Yeah, even if you think about killing yourself your suicidal, you never know because someone who thinks about it but who has never gone threw with it, something might just explode and they will kill theirselves.

ok i have wavy/curley thick hair and i striaghten my hair most of the time with a blow dryer and i was wonderin if anyone know how i can striaghtn my tips they are always wavy i dont know how to get them striaght. i used to iron my tipes which made them go striaght but i dont do that anymore because it damages my hair too much. can advice i can use?

Use what is called a flat iron, alot of black people use it on their hair, it's just like a striaghtener but it works way better. And to prevent your hair from being damaged, use a heat protector. I use biosilk, it cost about 15 dollars for a good sized bottle. There is other heat protectors but this is the only one I found that worked on my hair. It helps striaghten it and revive your hair and it makes your hair soft and healthy. Good luck.

Nope thats soo not true. I used them after the 3rd time I had my period.

there really isn't anyway, my face turns red alot, and it's not because I'm embarrassed or anything just for some reason it turns red sometimes, especially when I laugh. But make-up doesn't help, so I just try not to do something that will make my face turn red. But you may have a skin problem, its called rosaca [sp] its where your cheeks have this bright red looking blush on them all the time. If you think you have it then I would go to the dermatologist. Ok I have these little bumps in some place my skin (such as my legs, knees, elbows, and back of my upper arms). They're the same color as my skin and aren't big or anything, but I don't know how to get rid of them. I asked my mom and she just told me to scrub my skin more in the shower...but it isn't helping. It just looks like I have small goose bumps on me constantly!
How can I get rid of them? I will rate you well if you give a good answer!

It's because you have dry skin. Just put a good thick lotion on the spots you have it. And when you go to bed put the lotion on really thick and after a while your skin won't be like that.

My dad isn't the type to sit down and talk either. What you should do is write him a little note or letter and say how much your sorry and how much you regret it and what you did was stupid and you'll never do it again. And tell him how much you love/miss him. Maybe buy him a little gift. And put the note or whatever somewhere where he will notice. Good luck.

i need to loose weight. i am 5'4" and i weigh 138. i really want to loose 15 pounds by the summer. Yesterday i started a 900 calorie diet adn i have been doin 200 crunches. Is there anythign else you can think of?

Just eat your 3 healthy meals and maybe try walking? I heard that helped alot. But your doing the right thing and you'll lose that wieght by summer.

For your ankles and knees, but like ace bandages to hold them because when you run your probably knock em out of place a little. I broke my ankle a while ago and it hurts really abd when I run so I use the ace bandages around it and it doesn't completely cure it but it helps a whole lot.

im really good friends with this guy, like we tell eachother everything and talk all the time. yesterday he started going out with my best friend who decided a week ago that she hates me for no reason. and now he's suddenly thinking that i like him because "it fits into stories she tells" i told him i didnt but i dont know what to do. i really dont want our friendship to change,and im afraid it will. he says that no matter what it wont because of him going out with her, but i think now that he asked me that it might. PLEASE HELP!!

Just leave it at that. If he still thinks you like him just be like I tell you everything, why wouldn't I tell you this. And just continue to tell him you don't like him until he gets it.

june 2004 my cousin died from a mistake a police officer made. i cant seem to get over his death and i dont know who to talk to. i still cry all the time over him, and i htink about him a lot too. the rest of my family has moves on it seems, and they dont like to talk about him. if u have been in this situation... or one like it please shre advice. thanks

Aww I'm soo sorry. I still cry when I think about people who've died in my life. To tell you the truth I'm not over any of them. Especially the ones who were really close to me. There's nothing you can do besides realizing he's in a better place. I don't know how in the world you get over someone. It's really hard, you just take it day by day. And it's alright if you cry, but if your cousin was here right now would he want you crying over him? I doubt it, that's just the way I look at it. But if you want to talk about it you can IM me and I'm all hears, I'll comfort you as much as I can.

What exactly is the drug Salvia, is it legal, and what are its side effects?

I don't know what exactly it is but your aloud to have it. And there is soome really freaky side effects. It's like alot different from weed. I know alot of people who like trip out on it. But there is some websites you can find it at. Just search for it.

My hair is gets all this static in it and it's driving me crazy! It's like when you rub a balloon to your hair and it just sucks! Does anyone know of any hair products that would help with my problem??

Use biosilk. But if you can't get that, rub lotion on your hands and run it threw your hair. But if your scalp tends to get really greasy or you get really greasy hair easy, don't do that. Have you tried striaghtening it? Or curlying it? The biosilk works, so I would recommend it first.
