is it true that you cant use tampons until you had your period for a year?

Thats just a myth!! The only reason they recommend that is because there are alot of precautions that go along with using them. If you are aware of them and responsible go for it. Just read the directions and ask some friends around you for a little extra if your still scared.

Its not true but its harder to get it in there if you try on like your second week of your period because its lighter than what it will be later on in life! lol Hope i helped!

No.. but I started using them after about a year because I felt more comfterble about what was happening. but I wouldn't recomend using tehm until after your first few months becasue your flow is still irregular!

No, that's not true. Most people say that you should wear pads for the first few months of having your period so you can get used to it but it's not true that you can't use tampons until you had your period for a year.
