I'd say you'Re good if you tRy Wal-maRt, Ross, TJ Max, Old Navy, and MeRyn's. Also, don't be afRaid to hit youR local thRift stoRes! Really, it may SOUND cheesy and lame to you.. but sometimes they DO have an okay selection. Also, with kids nowadays following eveRy tRend theRe is because they think it makes them look cool... theRe's no need to be embaRRassed!! Hope this helps!! =D

i kno american eagle has alot of sales, i never shop there but i kno they have some cute skirts for sale, another place is khols< u kno thats not expensive! You can even try target!<< even tho they are cheap they do have good stuff! Or you can just go to the mall! lol

you can find them at american eagle on clearance or on the sale rack for under 30 dollars, and you can get them at rue 21 and ross. hope i helped!

If your into the abercrombie sytle try Hollister. If you dont have a Hollister they have a website. Its like Hollisterco.com or something like that. Dillards has really cute skirts. Most department stores do. Just hit a Major mall and shop till u drop.
Still know luck try to earn some extra money around the house. Maybe even Convince your parents to pay for half of it. Youll get a cute skirt somehow!

kohls has awesome skirts - most if not all of them are under $30. you could also go to aeropostale and american eagle...they're usually less expensive than abercrombie.

at jcpenney they have really cute jean skirts for juniors and they are only like 25 dollars but if not they are havin a 50% off sale at aeropostale i got a skirt and matchin jacket for 30 buckz! have fun shoppin!

I don't know if you have this store in your area but they might have a website. The store's name is DOTS and the clothes and skirts there are SO cute...i die for that store lol. Pacsun has some good skirts too, around $20-25. If you go to a non-brand name store like Sirens or Mango (don't know if you have those where you live), they have really cheap skirts and clothing because it's not by a designer, but who cares? if it is cute right ? :) The quicksilver Roxy store is good too for skirts. :)
