What exactly is the drug Salvia, is it legal, and what are its side effects?

I don't know what exactly it is but your aloud to have it. And there is soome really freaky side effects. It's like alot different from weed. I know alot of people who like trip out on it. But there is some websites you can find it at. Just search for it.
