well, school is over for the summer, and im not that great at keeping in touch with everyone. most of my friends get upset at this, but then again, only 2 of them have tried to keep in contact with me too... i just dont understand why they get so upset when they arent trying either. i understand it is hard to go with out talking to your friends that have been there for you, but i just moved, and im around a different crowd, and i have to go to summer school, and some of my friends think im going to forget about them, and make new friends. i will make new friends, but i wont forget my old. i tried explaining this to them, but they just seem to get mad. what am i supposta do??
Well, they should be able to trust that you will still remember them and keep them as your friends. What I would sudgest is that, if they have e-mail addresses, e-mail then saying anything like, "Hey do you guys wanna hang out this summer?" and stuff like that to keep in touch. Or you could have a party with all of them there, and invite your new friends so they can get to know eachother. But that might not be a good idea because then you have to pay attention to everyone at once. Just have a party or e-mail them. You can always call them too! Hope I helped! That happened to me too. I questioned it for a while then i realized, "You know what? If you think about it, how can god be real?" so now I am an atheist and I honestly think that you are better off with NO religion because i mean, whats the point? Prayer never helped me. I prayed for my grandpa not to die and now he has been in the ground for almost 5 years now. My honest oppinion is being religious is a waste of your time. You can find better things to do. I was a cutter! WAS! im not anymore. I just told my best friend. It was weird because she told me she was too. My question is What should I say?
Just tell her that you never thought you could relate to anyone close to you and that you are glad to have someone to talk about your problems with. If you don't want to say that, just don't say anything, because she probably doesnt know what to say either, so why put both of you in an awkward situation? I'm 26 years old and pretty lonely. I'm finding it harder as I grow older to make and keep good, healthy friends. My best friend has a problem communicating and being around when I need her. I always feel like I'm only here for her comfort and it really sucks. She's always just so flighty and in and out of my life. I guess we are friends when it suits her needs. I don't know how to go about telling her how I feel about it.
I guess the bigger problem is that I really don't have any other friends. I don't know where to start making them either. I am a queer femme and it seems my community is pretty cliquish. It sucks and I hate being lonely.
I would love it if you had any advice to offer.
Well, my advice to you would to go to some bar or club and meet some people there. This sounds weird butif you have a grocery store that you go to alot and you know some of the cashiers there, just talk to them and get to know them. Be assertive and dont be afraid to talk to people. I may only be 13 but thats exactly how i make friends. I have friends from the mall in stores that are like 30. I hope I helped and I am sorry if this advice sucks but only one person replied so I felt the need to pitch in some advice as well. -|-PRP-|-
my dad is dumb... he doesn't know nothing and anytime i try to talk to him, he walks right by me and doesn't say anything. sometimes, i wish i wasn't a girl because i think he's sexist because he treats my mom's friends sons like best friends but yesterday, he didn't say ONE word to me at all... i just wish he would leave my mom because he treats her like crap and she treats him like a king and i love my mom and my sister and im sick of all of us having to go through all of this crap... im sick of not having a dad. he sits in front of the t.v all day and my best friends dad is divorced but he has a girlfriend and their all cool and stuff and why can my dad be that way... i even call her dad "daddy robertson" because i'm over there and im around her dad waaaaaay more than im around mine and im sick of mine... her dad treats me like a daughter and my dad treats me like a dirty old rag that he can just throw around anytime he wants but im sick of him! he doesn't love me. i try to get closer to him and he won't listen. i try to hug him and he tells me to go away because he's working... he's just rude! i can't say anything to my friends without him yelling @ me. Today, my best friend was telling her sister to stop being stupid and my dad yelled at ME because we sound alike!!! ugh!!! im just sick of my gay dad... he's not literally gay... or is he??? lol... well, what should i do to make him become a better dad... if my parents got divorced i would be happy because my mom would get custody

Oh, wow. I am so sorry about this. I would sudgest talking to your mom about how you feel about the whole situation. Maybe MAKING your dad listen like saying "Dad, can I talk to you? Its an emergency." and like tell him how you feel. If he doesnt, if you love your dad, "Dad, I love you so much, why don't you love me?" OR just like make him listen or I think you need to talk to someone. This is like mentally abusing your kids...That isnt right for parents to ignore their own kids. ok well, i'm 5'5 and 103. i feel skinny, but at the same time i want to lose weight! it's very frustrating. my friends tell me i'm so skinny and stuff, but i really just want to lose weigh- not much, just like a few pounds. another concern is being anorexic. i'm not and i definitely dont want to be! basically iam wondering if i should try to lose weight.. like would it be unhealthy? and how should i go about doing this? thank you
Wow, you are like the perfect weight! I am 5'7'' and weigh 124lbs. You are the perfect weight you your height! Dont try and lose weight, it is very unhealthy.

ok i bought a siamese kitten and she keeps on crying all the time! The only time she does not cry is when i hold her she is 10 weeks old but she keeps me awake all night and now i feel so tired and i have not gone to school.How can i stop her crying???
Hold her at night, or like put her on your bed with you. She is a kitten and probably misses her mom. wouldnt you? Well try everything because not going to school isnt good. If nothing works, try getting another cat to keep her company. If you get another cat, before showing them to eachother, take a towel and rub it on the new cat and take another towel and rub it on the siamese kitten and then rub the towels with the other cats scent on each of the cats so they will get used to eachother and not kill eachother. ok so i sweat and i dont sweat only on my head. I sweat on my chest and now i have these red dots sorta like acne! i only get a couple but how do i make them go away?? *they arent very attractive*! lol Please help i rate easy 5s!!
Oh, I have the same thing on my chest. I get like little red pimples and they arent very big, but they are really ugly...lol but so what I do is, my mom has this acne medicine stuff she gets from her doctor and its in a little bottle and you squeeze it and rub it on your acne and she got some for me because i occasionally get pimples so ask your mom or guardian to go tothe doctor and get you some. Well first off, I make icons so I can actually HELP you. First, you have to have a paint program on your computer. The icon has to be 50 x 50 or 48 x 48. You resize it by the little blue dots that surround the thing you paint on. It will tell you what size it is in the bottom right corner. Next, make it whatever color you want. If you have microsoft word, then you can type what you want your icon to say on it and then paste it on paint. After you are done with what you want it to look like, go to www.jasc.com and download any animation shop. Click on free trials at the top. Also, you might want to make like different screens for your icon or it isnt gonna move. When you are done downloading the animation shop, you open it up and go to file at the top, then you go to open, then you open your LAST screen for your icon. Then right click on the 50x50 or 48x48 icon screen you have opened and go to "insert multiple frames" and there, open your frames in order. I hope I helped! How can I make a really cool background or layout WITHOUT adobe photoshop, or paintshop pro? All i have is the crappy paint that comes with our computer. I can't download new products because our computer is like 10 years old.
Well, you can make pretty cool backgrounds on paint. You can make stripes, circles, just about anything. If you have microsoft word, then there are shapes on that like hearts and stars and stuff, and you can copy and paste those on to paint. When you are done with making your background, go to www.photobucket.com and get a free trial there and you can upload your background there and then you can get the url to it so you can put it as your background. Just be yourself! Talk to some girls that you really like and get to know them. If the are rude and just walk away, then you know that they are bitches and you most likely don't want to be like them, so find some other girls to talk to. Don't worry, it's not that hard! Girls like it when boys come up and randomly talk to them. It makes them feel special. And, what are you? Like, Prep, Skater, Jock...etc?
