Just tell her that you never thought you could relate to anyone close to you and that you are glad to have someone to talk about your problems with. If you don't want to say that, just don't say anything, because she probably doesnt know what to say either, so why put both of you in an awkward situation? But at least you have someone to relate to. Hope I helped! -|-PRP-|-

I don't think theres much to say, you were both cutters, thats it. You both were cutting, and now you aren't anymore. Just don't talk about it anymore, its the past, so leave it there. Cutting isn't a past you want to remember.

Tell her that you're realized that she can relate to you. Tell her that you never thought you'd meet anoyone that could & that you wished you would have confronted her sooner. Now when you say she WAS do you mean she isn't anymore? If that's what you mean then tell her how happy you are that the two of you were able to overcome it. If she still IS then tell her that you will help her come out of it & that you are here for her. Good luck hun!
