hey i have pretty straight hair. How do I make it wavy like you see in magazines????

My friend has pretty straight hair, but she has no problem making it curly. All you have to do is take a shower and get your hair pretty wet. Towel off all the excess water and start scrunching it with scrunching gel. You could also use a mousse.. it works just ass well. Anyway, make sure you are scrunching toawrds the top of your head (so the top wont look flat and the rest be curly) Then, grab a blow dryer and dry your hair while scrunching it on the low setting. When you get done, you hair will be cutie pa tootie!! Thanks for the question!

hey, im a girl, and i shave my armpits, but there is always this grayish area left. like i dunno how to make it look like just skin, like the rest of the girls do. i mean, it doesnt get mistaken for like not shaving but it still bugs me! please dont leave me mean answers. i really try and i dont want to hear anything you have to say if yur gonna be mean.

Thats just like dry skin that doesnt get moisturized and turns a little gray in the process of shaving and sweating and deoderizing to keep your underarms dry. Its pretty normal actually, but I guess it can be pretty embarassing. You should try a very moisturizing deoderant like dove complete moisture or arrid total. They have vitamins that replenish your skin and get rid of those ugly dry spots. Dont worry though, its pretty normal and can be fixed fairly easy! Thanks for your question.

i was w/a guy for 3 years them he moved to texas and now he came back after a year and people told him alot of mean things aboutme and npw he hates me any advice will rate high if advice is good.

Well you should just ask him what all he has heard about you and just reassure him that none of those things are true and the people who said them about you probably just dont like you for some odd reason. On the other hand, he shouldnt hate you for the things that other people have said, especially when he moved away and doesnt know any of it is true. If you really care about this guy, then you need to make an effort to tell him that the things he's heard arent true. If you were with this guy for three years, then you should have a pretty good relationship and know each other well. Dont be afraid to talk to him and tell him the truth, gurlie! Hope that helped! You should tell someone for sure! I know it may be hard to tell on her and she may even be angry with you for a little while, but you have to realize is the fact that your friend, Ashley has a very serious problem that is not only unhealthy, it is just dangerous. She needs special attention. She may also need someone to talk to about her problems. First, you should try asking her if there is something wrong with her... Or if theres anything she needs to talk about. Just be a great listener and let her vent her feelings and that could help a lot. If the problem persists, you should definately tell her parents or a counselor or something.

I think I’m suffering from depression. And my relationship with my family is going down hill. I feel like I’m such a burden and I feel like something is seriously wrong with me. I want to tell my parents but it’s just so hard to tell them how I’m feeling. I’m 17 and I love my parents very much but I can’t live with them and get the help I need. I'm not sure if I should tell them or just let things go on the way they are and be miserable?

You are only 17 and you surely shouldnt live your younger years feeling depressed. Theres plenty more time for that in the future. You should tell your parents how you are feeling (regardless of how hard it may be) Im pretty sure your parents dont think your a burden. Your their child and im sure no matter what, they love you with all their hearts and they would do anything to keep you from being sad or depressed. You definatley shouldnt keep letting these things eat away at you and keep all these things to yourself. Its not healthy to keep things bottled up inside (especially if you think your depressed). Do yourself a huge favor and tell your parents. They may be all the help you need (if not they will get you special help)!! I really hope this helped and I hope everything works out!! Well, the first thing you should do... is be honest with your boyfriend and tell him about what happened and your whole confusion situation. Chances are you probably arent 100% gay if your attracted to both boys and girls. Your just confused or something. That may have just been a spur of the moment thing because it was fun or seemed like a good idea at the time, but in the long run.. it might not be what you really want. Thats just the way it is sometimes! You dont need to go looking for a boyfriend, just have fun being single and not having to worry about the added stress of dealing with a relationship right now. You will find the right guy. You also have to keep in mind that you are kinda young, and you probably dont need to get into a big relationship with a guy. As for your second question, just be yourself and try not to be uptight and people around you will notice that your a genuine person! Dont worry, you still have plenty of time for relationships!!! Um.. Sure. Its just probably a stage your going through and sooner or later you will grow out of it. My boyfried & I were good friends before we developed feelings for eachother. Our relationship started slow, like he'd just put his arm around me in movies & we'd talk. You should definatley tell him how you feel, and if he cares anything about you, he will understand. Thats always a little easier to girls than to guys, but it wouldnt be too much for him to do if he honestly cared about you. Just try not to be too stiff and turn away any touchy-feely affection he is showing you. Some of those things are what makes a relationship stronger. I really hope I helped!

I am constantly insulted by my sister. Before, she would make fun of me, which I would just shrug off, but lately, its been getting to a point where I just feel like there is no point to anything. I cant even cry when she says things to me, I just shut down, and let her go on and on.

Like tonight, I walked into the living room, and she began to swear at me. She said that I am a psycho, and that she cannot wait for me to leave for school (college in the fall) because I am worthless. I have not even said anything to her at all at this point, I really don't know what I did.

What I really dont understand is how she will talk to me one night insultingly, and then the next day she wants me to go shopping with her.

Thats really horrible. Sometimes I get really mad at my little sister, and I say soem things I dont mean, but they are never that bad, and I pretty much always apologize. She shouldnt degrade you or make you feel like your a low person. You should definately either tell her how you feel or just stand up for yourself. The next time she throws some insulting remarks at you, just make a comeback, or tell her that you think its really horrible that she can say those horrible things about you. Its crazy that she wants to be a bitch to you and then go shopping with her the next day. Dont take that anymore. Stand up for yourself and tell her what you think~ I hope I helped!

awhike ago i had a question about my mom having a yeast infection and she went to the doctor and they told her she had cervical cancer, thats what she told me on the phone. she was also really messed up on tranquilizers and i couldnt understand what she was saying..what does cervical cancer do, and is she going to die? I just started tanning and the other day my mom told me to make sure to wear a bra when i go in because its bad if i dont. Is that true? Could i get breat cancer from not wearing one? Or any thing else because i thought that tanning could only give you skin cancer and eye damage.

First of all, there is no such thing as "tanning safely". Tanning can cause all sorts of skin cancers~ and can damage your eyesight. (But cmon who really wears those gay goggles~ I mean, they give you raccoon eyes and wouldnt you rather be tan? lol) Anyway, no, wearing a bra will not decrease your risk of getting cancer, but it will keep your from burning your boobies and nips~ (They will only burn a few times without a bra) Just do some research about tanning bed hazards if your so concerned!
