Hey there... have you ever tries waxing? the reason there's a grey-ish area is because with shaving your only cutting away the hairs visable on the surface. they're still underneath your skin and may show up as the grey area. waxing will pull out from the root - a bit more painful but well worth it!

If you have dark hair, it's probably not going to go away, what you're seeing is the roots of the hair left under the skin. (When you can't see it on most people, they usually have lighter hair.) I'm not sure of the details, but it can also have something to do with your skin type. If it really bothers you, you can try waxing it.

Try using a sharper razor so you don't get the gray areas. Also try using a smooth deoderant after you shave, like Dove deoderant.

I hope this helps

Thats just like dry skin that doesnt get moisturized and turns a little gray in the process of shaving and sweating and deoderizing to keep your underarms dry. Its pretty normal actually, but I guess it can be pretty embarassing. You should try a very moisturizing deoderant like dove complete moisture or arrid total. They have vitamins that replenish your skin and get rid of those ugly dry spots. Dont worry though, its pretty normal and can be fixed fairly easy! Thanks for your question.

It probably looks normal from a distance. Just chill and don't pay much attention to it.

A sharper razor may help.

Also, try using a different deodorant after shaving. I use Dove, because it is much easier on your skin.

Ha, don't we all....

Honestly, try using Dove atipersperant. It makes skin smooth soft and not gray! Also, try lotion or maybe switch to another razor if that might be the problem. Good luck with your pits! Lol
