My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

hey the problem is i have to focus on my studied this year and i really plan on it but i keep seeing things that distract me alot and i have a lot of upstacles that will make me wanna date someone but i really don,t wan that wha do you think i should do

You have to make a balance between your studies and your social life. Make sure you do your work and study. There will always be time to time, go out and hang out with your friends. That won't go anywhere. Keep a planer of things you need to do for school and such so you can stay on track. Don't let dating come between your school work. Those two things should stay separate. If you don't want to date someone, don't. If you see that you can handle having a relationship, go for it.

What is a sexy cute halloween costume that isn't like sluty.

You could pretty much wear anything that's slutty and make it look sexy & cute lol.

alright im 14 years old and i had sex like about a week ago and last night sorta, but like i was suposse to get my period today and i didnt, so does that mean im pregnate or no ? and yes it was unprotceted because i wasnt myself than but do you think i am, thats the only sign i think, im not vomiting or anything , but please help me, im scared half to death !

It's too early to tell if you're pregnant. Missing your period by a couple days is okay. If you don't get it for a while, take a pregnancy test to be sure. You won't be vomiting right away anyways so that also doesn't mean that you're not pregnant. Next time, use a condom, seriously.

okay so me and my friends (let's call us Linda (me) sammy, becky, tyler and julie)K? well anyway "Julie" and i are like the leaders of our group mainly because we the first of the friends and b/c we are a lot more confident than the rest of our group (some people mistake it as being cruel and bitches). Either way me and Julie are also the closets. Don't think to badly about us, but we also like each other most, but sammy gets so angry and crazy everytime we are together b/c she knows we like each other more. I really love sammy, and i don't want to hurt her but she has changed thanks to being corrupted by the devil reincarnate ( let's call her Danniell.) Sammy is also a constant liar i am not sure if i can trust her. The only reason we formed this group in school is becasue eveyone hates us because they think we are spoiled bitches, ut we are so not bitches! anyway i would hate to leave sammy. i love her so much and we are her only other friends other than Danniell who is ruining her.

Sammy feels left out so of course she is going to look for new friends and other people to hang out. Even though you & Julie are really close, why can't you let Sammy in? Why not be close friends with her eather and not make her feel left out. I know that your probably don't intend to leave her out, but put yourself in her position. You and Julie both need to talk to her about it and let her know how you feel about her friendship with Danniell. I'm syre she'll understand and if not, oh well. You guys can't make "leaders" in your group or friends. If people think so low of you, who cares bit maybe that's the impression you give to people? So, like I said. Talk to Sammy and let her know that you guys only want what's best for her and make more of an effort to spend time with her and not make her feel left out.

There aren't many clues or signs that show if he likes you more than a friend, but I think he does. You guys shouldn't just stop talking because your friends tease you guys. He shouldn't take it so seriously and care so much about what they think.

Okay so right at the end of the summer i met this kid from another school. He's in my grade but he goes to public school. We got talking and hanging out and he told me he likes me. This past weekend me and my frieds hungout with him and his friend. When they went into a store we found Pot in his friends bookbag. (me and my friends are only freshman and we dont drink or do drugs) . Right before they were about to leave to go home i asked about the pot. The kid i like promised he didnt do it, just his friend. but i dont know who to belive. :(

You just recently met the kid so you can't be sure if he's telling the truth or not. Talk to him about it again and ask him to tell you the truth and that you won't get mad. It's better than having him lie to you. IF he does smoke weed, it doesn't make him a bad person. I agree with you though, it is bad and I would never do it eather but if he does so it, be careful. I know you wouldn't allow anyone to tell you to do anything like that. You're smart enough.

I just started 9th grade and my friend Emma met a new kid from band camp that goes to our school. His name is Jake. He's really cool but really shy. He dosen't like to talk to lots of people.
I like him alot. I have told my friends that I do so they are totally aware of it. The only problem is that I'm pretty shy as well. I can't go up to random people and strike up conversations.
It took me almost 2 months to make friends with the ones I have now.
I do get to see Jake some during the school day we talk in the morning with our friends and he is in my gym class.
My queston is how do I over come this shyness and talk to him? Is there anyways I can flirt with him that wouldn't be to akward for either of us. I really don't know what to say to him when it's just the two of us. If I have some friends around then I'm a little more talkative but still not very.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.

You need to build more confidence in yourself. I used to be shy when I was younger, but I've overcome that. You have to tell yourself to just .. DO it. If you don't feel like doing something, tell yourself you will do it and just go for it. You have to be more outgoing and fun. You'll meet tons more people that way. When you see Jake, say heyy. That's no reason to be shy. It's not like he'll think you're a freak or something. Get enough confidence to talk to him. It doesn't matter what you talk about as long as you talk. You could ask him what he's doing this weekend or tell him you guys should all get together and hang out. Once you start talking to him, you'll realize you've been shy for no reason :]

is vanessa hgens fired and replaced for high school musical 3?

My friend told me that in a magazine she read that she is fired from High School Musical 3 because she was sending Zac Effron naked pictures of herself. They supposibly fired her because it was the only movie on DC that didn't involve much kissing and it was inspirational to younger kids.

I have to do a school project on a controversial/ethical subject and I wanted to choose something other than the death penalty or abortion. I have chosen to do underage drinking. As part of research for the project we have been asked to gather different points of view about the topic and I decided Advicenators would be an ideal place to get some of these opinions/experiences.

If you could take a few minutes to answer these questions/give any additional infomation then it would be very much appreciated.

Did you drink when you were underage? (I know that the legal age varies in different countries, so just go with whatever the legal age is where you are). If so, how often? Where and how did you obtain the alcohol? I'm focussing a large section of the paper on the use of fake ID/asking older friends etc to buy alcohol for you, so if you have any experiences with that, then please let me know in as much detail as possible.

I am underage & I do drink, but once in a while. Where I was born, there is no drinking age but since I live here, it's a lot harder to get acces of alcohol. I used to drink on the weekends but I've stoped that and now I hardly ever drink because I realized how stupid it can be. I mostly stoped because I saw how other people reacted and the things they were doing. I didn't want to end up like that. I obtained alcohol from older friends mostly and there was a time where my friends mom had gotten it for us. I have never used a fake ID and never planning on it but I do know a few people that have one and planed on getting one. It's not a very smart idea because most people can easily get caught with it. Okay, so theres this guy in my Theathre class. Hes a senior and I'm a sophomore. We do alot of exersices with partners, and sometimes my teacher lets us pick our partners. The 2 times that we were allowed to pick our partners he wanted to be my partner. (the 2nd time i wasnt his partner cause I already had a partner). During theathre, we make alotttt of eye contact with each other. I also always pass him in the hallway after 9th period. He always looks me directly in the eye! Today, he was literally face-to-face with me. When we passed each other, our shoulders almost touched. Thats how close we were. And he was the one who came closer to me.

So, I sort of developed a crush on him. The thing is, hes a senior. I honestly dont know if he likes me. But I kinda have a feeling that he mayyy be interested in me. What do you think i should do? I think it's too early in the year to talk to him like for real, cause I haven't known him that long. Also, do you think that hes interested? One of my friends is telling me that I shouldn't go for him cause hes a senior and next year he's gunna be gone. It doesn't matter that he's a senior. Some of my friends are sophmores and their boyfriends graduated or are seniors and things are perfectly fine so don't let that stop you. He does seem interested in you and it also seems as if he's flirting a bit. It's not to early to talk to him. Say hey when you see him or something and become better friends. If things were to go forward, you'd atleast want to get to know each other better. If you don't talk, how will you get to know one another better?

I'm not really sure. He could be doing those things in just a friendship kind of way or he could be doing it because he likes you. It's really hard to tell. It does seem like he's a bit interested in you though. Eather in a friend way or more, it's still a good thing.

Hey.. we are two average 15 year old girls. We really want to have more guy friends and eventually a boyfriend. We have a few guy friends but we def. want more. The main thing is, you have to try to get to hang out with them. The current guy friends you have now, ask to hang out and maybe they could bring some of their other friends along. Going to school football games and such will make you meet new guys. Go out with your friends and everywhere you go, talk to people and that way you'll meet them and become closer friends.

In my math class my friend told me she had the teachers edition math book she thought that she might have to buy the students math book cause the teacher edition has the answers in the book. I told her the teacher wouldn’t mind it. After we finish talking the teacher started telling the whole class about the math book and how much it is, he said its ok to have the teachers edition. After he said that I turn around and face her, she smiled at me and I smile back and said “see its ok to have it.” Why did she smile? Before I said that?

Okay I have a lot of guys friends.. and Im a girl but that doesn't madder right?? A bunch of preps started calling me Kevin instead of Katie which is retarted! But.. okay I was hanging with Adam and we had to sit on the bleechers and i was like Move YOUR feet! because he spread his legs and err haha and Olivia(prep bitch!) was like oh why dont you just sit between his legs! So being me I did and Nathen, Josh and Adam started cracking up and MCKenzie(another prep) was like wow Adam if you like her that much.. and he took it as a complete joke and was like OOO yes I love **Kevin and huged me from the back and kept his arms around me and Mr.Davis(PE teacher) was like you need to keep your hands away from eachother! This kid named Nick someones whos never liked me called me Butch. The girls who give you shit for stupid stuff, don't even worry about it. They're probablly jelous because you're always around guys but who cares what they say. Their opinions shouldn't matter. Anyways, even though you guys are just "friend" doesn't mean that nether of you can be attracted to one another. The way he stood up for you was really sweet and he obviously cares a lot about you. If you do start to develop feelings for him or any other of your guy friends, oh well. It's normal and bound to happen. But, if you do start to like Steven, maybe you should let him know. He might feel the same way. You never know.

i know this is probably going to sound stupid but idk i was just curious what someone else would say about this. ive asked my friends then all say the same thing
okay so i was dating this guy for about 3 months. i met him from my friend who he liked alot but she didnt want to date him and i always helped him out and stuff. then one day i told him i liked him and it went from there. we were doing good at first and i really liked him then we started fighting alot and he would yell at me sometimes and get mad at me for stupid things. then one day my friend told me she heard he was cheating on me he swore he wasnt and that the girl just made it up so i just forgave him and forgot about it things started getting worse so he called me and said he wanted to c me. which he ended up just breaking up with me. he said i didnt trust him and he needed time to figure out what he wants. he knew he hurt me but i still liked him. he would call me sometimes we tried being friends but he lead me on. then i found out he liked someone else and we had a huge fight. he ended up dating the girl for about 2 weeks. and we never talked then one day in the summer at the end of june he started talking to me on myspace just saying whatsup and stuff. then one night he called me saying he wanted to hangout just me and him bc he needed to talk to me. he ended up telling me he broke up with the girl bc it got old and he started to miss me and all that shit. so i asked him what happened about the being friends and not having feelings for me anymore part. he was like well if you want to be friends i guess i can deal with that.. he kept telling me he missed me and always thought about me. i didnt really want to say anything bc i didnt want to just go back to him that easily. he held my hand and kissed me and everything like he wanted me back. we talked for awhile but it was kinda awkward and when i left he said he was going to call me the next day to hangout. he never did so i asked him about it and all he could say was that he didnt want to date me because he was moving in november and that i was just still a sophomore in hs hes 18 by the way. im 16. i yelled at him for always hurting me and trying to make sure he knew how much i cared about him...the other day i found out he had sex with this girl when she was drunk and they started dating. it was about 2 weeks after we talked. he broke up with her a couple days ago. i know hes an asshole and i need to get over him but it takes me forever. everytime i try to move on other guys just make me miss him more. no matter how bad he treated me there were times he actually was good to me. i guess im just afraid i wont find anyone i care about as much or cares about me..but pretty much all i wanna know is do you think he was just using me when he said he missed me. or do you have any clue what hes thinking when he always comes back to me then leaves again..sorry if its confusing :/ and the answers probably obvious i just needed someone elses advice :]

I think you already know the answer to your own question but I understand that it's hard. He doesn't know what he wants. He doesn't know who he likes and he clearly doesn't understand how much he has hurt you. I can't say that he never cared about you because I don't know that, but if he truly did he wouldn't of done that to you. When he was telling you he missed you and such, it didn't seem belivable. Once that girl is out of the picture, he wants you back because he thinks you will take him back. It's a good thing that you didn't give in no matter how hard it was. He's not worth your agravation. Forget him and try to move on. Forcing yourself to forget about him won't help. You'll eventually get over him but before that, you have to tell yourself that he's not the right guy for you and that the way he treated you isn't right. Don't be scared that you won't find someone else who cares about you as much as you care about them. You're sixteen years old. You have PLENTY of time for that. Guys will come and go, break hearts but don't stress over them because they obviously weren't good enough for you.

Okay, well I just got a totally new group of friends like at the end of the school year, we've been hanging out the whole summer and i love them to death. The thing is, this group i am now is way more popular then the old group i was in, i don't care about the popularity its just that they hang out with a different group of guys then i used to. These guys i've known forever, and one used to be like my BEST friend except we rarely ever talk anymore, and so like i know all about them and they know all about me but we never really talk, well actually one of the guys i went out w/ for 6 months but like now we rarely talk? So some of them i have def. been close with in the past, its just now i'm really not. Idk its confusing! I know that i'm likeable becuase every camp i went to this summer, like 5 guys liked me.. so i'm not worried about that but the summer is almost over and i only hung out with the guys like 2 times becuase i was so busy, and i only have pretty much 1 more day of freedom and none of these guys are in my classes for school and i just need a way to get close to them quicker, becuase i don't wanna waste like a whole half of a year, and then the rest of it beinng close to them becuase i'm leaving for a different highschool you know? What are some ways that i can warm up to them quickly? like i can't talk to them online or the phone becuase i would have NOTHING to talk about because i never hang out w/ them & i have no background information to use. I just feel like such an outsider and i KNOW I can do better then this. I just have so much trouble really letting them get to know me because they are more popular then me and i kind of freeze up? it takes me a while to let them know the real me becuase i've know them for so long. I don't have the problem with people i've never met before! It's so weird. This is kind of long, and probably doesn't make sense, but thank you in advance for you answer!

Eh, you kind of lost me towards the end. Which guys are you trying to get closer with? The one that liked you at camp, or your other friends that you drifted apart from? If you've known them for so long, wouldn't they already know the real you and wouldn't it be easier to open up to them? Well, which ever guys you want to be better and closer friends with, you need to keep talking to. Be fun, outgoing and just talk about something that interests him or the both of you. It doesn't matter if they're more popular than you. Actually, they're probablly not but it may seem that way because they're more upfront with people and outgoing. Just hang out with them more and talk to them. It shouldn't matter what you guys talk about really. Even though you're going to a different highschool and because you have new friend, it shouldn't mean that you can't keep intouch with your old friends and still hang out with them.

has anyone ever house-sitted for someone? can you describe your experience?

I have a couple of times but of course with my mom lol. Make sure you don't leave a mess and keep the house clean. Just make yourself at home and relax. It's a simple job unless the owner has specific things for you to do.
