FiRst, copy and paste the image onto MicRosoft's paint pRogRam. Then highlight it with the dotted Rectangle looking thing at the top left of the toolbaR. Next, go to "Image", then "StRech/Skew", and gRadually go down in the peRcentage size. EveRy time you change it, tRy uploading it to see if it's an appRopRiate size.
