My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Yes it acaully does. I've tried it before. && you just take a little and put it on the zit. you have to keep doing it tho.

me and my best friend were hanging out the last couple of days because shes having issues with her boyfriend and ex boyfriend so i spent the night on monday and we tried to figure things out for her. on tuesday things only got worse i told her a couple days before i went to her house she could sleepover at mine on tuesday so after things got worse 30 minutes before my dad came to get me she was like im going to your house she went down stairs to tell her mom and her mom went crazy yelling and telling her that she had no respect for her moms rules or for her mom and it kinda freaked me out im not used to alot of yelling bc my parents are pretty laid back when we were leaving she was like i dont want you over here anymore but the thing is i didnt do anything wrong i was just there to help out a friend and there really isnt a reason for her mom to dislike me so much her mom already didnt like me bc i have different ideas about how a family should be run and my friend tells her mom everything shes my best friend and i would hate to stop being able to hang out just because her mom doesnt like me bc that really isnt fair whats up with her mom and how can i change things??( her mom scares the crap outta me!!) sorry this is so long but please help!!!

Aw sorry about that. Her mom must of been in a really bad mood but her behavior has nothing to do with you and its not your fault. Her mom is defenetlly wrong and you didnt do anything wrong. She should be a better mother like your mom but its just the way she was raised and thats the way she knows how to raise her kid. Her mom must of been drunk or something because she said all that. You need to talk to your friend and she could talk to her mom and see what you did that made her soo mad? You and her will always be best friends no matter what and maybe your mom could talk to her and see whats up? Hope that helped at least a little.

okay how gross is this...
on dates with my bf while talking casually about what we've done before meeting each other (usually involving a rush to get out of bed) ect I always list down that I managed to brush my teeth and have a drink before leaving the house... him on the other hand spends his mornings on the computer or watching TV... he doesn't even BOTHER to brush his teeth or anything :S and he tells me this! can you be more of a turn off... ewwww... and once he got really mad at me for not wanting to kiss him but can you blame me!! how do I subtely get the message across to him that that is the biggest turn off like, ever :|
plus, I dunno, is this like a hint he can't be bothered? he's always dragging on about how he doesn't care about his appearance ect.. but after 3 months he's never even complimented how I look and I always try my best, blah...

Woah I agree that is sick! You seriously need to tell him how you feel about that. You might not want to but you wouldnt wanna kiss him and its just gross. Maybe he could at least use breath mints. You'd feel better after you tell him. He needs to hear it.

Your friends could dress up real nice and the limo could take you guys out to dinner. Then maybe just to drive around the city or where ever you live. That would be fun! Then you guys could go to a hotel or a pool and then back to your house for a party! Have your friends sleep over. House parties are always soo much fun!! Happy early birthday! && have fun!

Hi my name is jess my sister was going out with this kid named rob and they just broke. Well until after they broke she found out he was one of those stalker people. Today he broke into my house and my sister and i locked ourselves in my moms room and he kept banging on the door so my sis called the police. Well they came and caught hijm and we didnt press charges but they said if he steps one foot on this property again he will be arrested. i was crying when this happened cause i was afraid he had a weapon. Im really afarid he will do this agin. How can i get over this really scary moment im scared ut of my pants right now?

After that happend its okay to be scared. I mean everyone would! I'd freak out. But you will get over it. The police gave you their word and if he does it again he will be arrested. Keep thinking it wont happen and that you are safe. You know that your family is there to protect you so thats all you need right now. Just keep your doors and everything locked to make sure.

Usually, most guys are shy to talk on the phone and really nervous to call. Dont take it personally but you should just ask him why he doesnt call you.

I weigh 130 pounds and im 5"4...im looking to loose 7-10 pounds in the next 2 weeks (if its possible) HEALTHILY. Any tips? Also do you know of any yummy quick and easy snacks I can make and keep in the fridge to heat up or something? Help is appreciated =)

That is very possible. You have to stick to it! Most people dont loose weight because they cheat during them. You have to cut back on sugar,chocolte,any junk food what so ever! No fried,baked things with lots of oil and greese! I think you get the point. Go online and find some healthy diet recepies. http://www.toneteen.com There are exersises && foods that you can eat. Exersise 2 or 3 times a day. Do about 300 situps. I know it seems like woah.. but do 150 during the day and another 150 at night. If you do that for about 2 weeks its not even that much! You might get a little sore but at the end it will be well worth it! Run up the stairs 10 times in a row. That will work your thighs. Just stick to it! Drink water. Try to drink 8 glasses a day! If you cant do 8 then drink 6 at least. Its really healthy for you.

Long distance relationships are ALWAYS hard and only a few acaully work out. It will be diffucult for both of you no matter how much you like each other. You will miss each other crazy and you never know what the other one is doing. You both have to trust each other 110% to make your relationship work. My opinion is I wouldnt date him. No matter how much I like the guy I still wouldnt. I mean you can find someone where you live also. You went get hurt a lot and just wish he lived where you did all the time and that would just suck. Both of you can still like each other and do whatever. But that was just my opinion. If you want to date him then go for it just think about it before. Do you like the guy that lives by you? If you do maybe you could give him a change. Hope everything works out.

Yea they will show it again! Its on a lot! Its kind of long to explain but it was awesome!! Well Lc,Stephen,Lo,Morgan,Christina,Trey all came back for Christmas.Uhm.. Kristin and her friends saw Morgan at a store && they talked and stuff. Kristian told Stephen that she was over him and he was pretty upset but they went to talk && they had like nothing to say. Lo had a party && everyone came there and they had a good time && Stephen got pretty jelous. Lc and Stephen are still really close and everything! Uhm what else... Jessica has problems with her boyfriend Jason, because he isnt a really good boyfriend and her and Deiter went to talk and he still cares about her. Then the new girl Casey had a party and Jason went and I dont know just tons of little details happend. But it will be on a lot so dont worry.
