Some people go through a stage when they think they can't stop thinking of someone for really no reason (I did, and I got through it quickly though). Just ask yourself, "Do I really like him, or is this just a stage?" And your mind and heart will give you an honest answer. If you do like him, get to know him, and then tell him. Two years isn't a big age difference, and it shouldn't matter if you really like someone.

how far in do u put the tampon in and what is a good kind for a first time?

Steps:
1. Buy tampons that are appropriate to your menstrual flow: light, average or heavy.

2. Wash your hands with soap and hot water.

3. Remove the tampon from the wrapper.

4. Slide the applicator a few inches into the vagina (tampon side in), but not so far that you can't hold the outer of the two tubes that make up the applicator.

5. Push the inner tube into the outer tube, releasing the tampon into the vagina.

6. Slide the applicator out.

7. Make sure the tampon's string remains outside the vagina.

8. Wrap the applicator in toilet paper and throw it away. Do not flush it down the toilet.


Tips:
Buy the lowest absorbency that works for you without leaking.

Insert the tampon gently; don't jam it in.

Wear a minipad or panty liner - not a tampon - during the lightest days of your period.

Tampon packages have directions inside. Read them if you need help.

Use a small amount of petroleum jelly if the tampon does not go in easily.

You shouldn't be able to feel the tampon in your body. If you can, you may not have inserted it far enough. Remove it and try again with a new tampon. Try inserting the applicator a little further into the vagina before pushing the inner tube of the applicator into the outer tube.


Warnings:
Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours to avoid leakage.

To avoid toxic shock syndrome, do not keep the same tampon in for more than 8 hours.

You stick it up your vagina hole. When you use a tampon, just use a little mirror and you'll be able to see the hole. It might be hard at first to put it in, but you'll get more used to it after awhile. REMEMBER TO TAKE IT OUT. If you leave it in there... well it's just not good lol. When you pull it out, use the little string.

Don't go out with him if you don't like him. It's not worth it if you don't have feelings for him, so don't go out with him. Tell him you'd rather be friends, and that you just don't have the same kind of feelings for him. It might be hard in the friendship, but you'll be glad you told the truth. Don't go out with JUST any guy that likes you, save yourself for the right guy.

so like i said before i met this great guy! at my school. Im thinking will i see him again will i ever get to go out with him and get to know him? he goes my school but does not do any of my subjects. Talk to him just as friends for awhile. Get to know him and see if he gives any hints of liking you. All guys are different, and some flirt in some ways, and some flirt in other ways. Usually if a guy likes you, he'll try to look over at you and catch your eye, and once he notices you're looking back at him, his eyes will turn on to something else. If he talks to you for awhile or gives time to get to know you, he might be interested. I suggest just being friends first, and then see how he reacts to flirting and smiling. If he flirts back and doesn't hold back, ask him to see a movie or something after school.

There is nothing wrong with you. Don't go looking for a boyfriend and pick up any guy that will like you, the right guy will come to you (I don't mean never flirt with guys, but don't just go out with a guy because he's the only one that will like you). There is a right time for everything, and some girls get boyfriends young, some don't. I mean, most of my friends aren't going out with anyone, and I haven't been in a really serious relationship yet, but I think the time will come soon. Save yourself for a great guy that will treat you right, and you'll be glad you waited for him.

My advice is to just enjoy the kiss, and try not to be too nervous about it (like where to put your hands). Kissing should come naturally, and I don't believe there is a such thing as a 'bad kissser'. Um it's not that annoying in my opinion. It's just when people 'hope they helped'. Maybe when people use it too much it gets sort of annoying, but I used to say that after answering a question. A lot of people just type it without thinking and sign their name or something. But this isn't really a question you're asking on advicenators... so I'd consider this not really important. And if you want to give me a 1 anyway (just for stating my opinion like this) then I don't really care because it would just mean you're immature.

To be bipolar is to have your personality change and have mood swings. My dad has this, and he has to have medications to help his moods and the way they change. Some people deal with this by wanting to hurt physically, and others deal with it mentally. The medication helps to make your moods more balanced. Even though I don't know a lot about this, you can probably look it up on google or something.

I have this gown (for my bat mitzvah) and it is salmon pink and very see through. I can't wear regualr underwear because it shows through. I could wear no underwear because its pretty long. I could wear a thong, but of course i have to buy one. Which option should I go for?

No underwear would be gross... so I suggest just wearing a thong or maybe there is underwear that is the color of the dress (so it won't show much). If you don't wear any type of underwear... wouldn't it show through the dress? I suggest either 1) buying a thong. Or 2) buying underwear maybe pinkish so it doesn't show up much.

Yeah, forget about him. If you're not into the immature type (not a lot of girls are) then just forget about him and don't hint it to him that you like him. But, if you tell him how you feel, he might act different and more mature as a boyfriend then just a friend. Try it, and see if he acts different.

13/m Ever since I tried to show my crush how much I loved her, she's had something to do whenever I try to talk to her. Like just now. We were both on AIM, but she had her Away Message on. After a while, she turns off her Away Message, and so I say hi, and all of a sudden her little brother wants to go ride bikes. This has happened about two or three times. Is she ignoring me? Is she trying to give me the slip? I really need advice here...

I think you probably scared her a little, or made her uncofortable when you told her how you felt(it's not your fault, some people just take things differently then others). I suggest talking to her in person or on the phone, and ask her why she is ignoring you. If she tries to leave again, tell her it's really important that you talk to her. Maybe she just wants to be friends, and if she does, try your best to accept it. You can still stay friends, and it might be hard, but it's better then nothing, right? Maybe she likes you back, and just ask her how she feels about you. You'll never know unless you try!

i have really thick hair, and i can never put it down, its always in a ponytail or braids, and i never really have the time to straigten my hair , and im sporty anways, so i dont straighten my hair unless i go to a salon. and i dont wear make up either. any tips for different hairstyles for thick hair? or if you have thick hair too, any suggestions? thank you!

Well you could straighten it with a CHI Hair Straightner, which makes people's hair look silky and smooth. I have really thick curly hair, but it works so well, no one can tell the difference. You can buy it at JCPenny. If you just want curly hair, use Pantene Pro-V Shampoo and Conditioner. Then, when you blow-dry (or towel dry) your hair and it is damp, scrunch your hair with curling gel. It'll dry thick and curly. Go to your hair-dresser and get your hair layered BEFORE doing all this for best results.
