You stick it up your vagina hole. When you use a tampon, just use a little mirror and you'll be able to see the hole. It might be hard at first to put it in, but you'll get more used to it after awhile. REMEMBER TO TAKE IT OUT. If you leave it in there... well it's just not good lol. When you pull it out, use the little string.

Haha, well, you COULD check the box, but there isn't really but one "spot." There are three holes, one is too small for anything to go there, one is the "right spot" and one is your anus. Haha. Sorry. [Bad memories with that last word.. ;-D] Just relax, read up (provided links) and take a deep breath. It's not a big deal, and a tampon is much more comfortable than a pad. Trust me. Blahh. :)
