My friend is having a Bat Mitzva[sp?] & so I decided to go to the mall & get a dress. After I bought the dress, I found out that a lot of people bought their dress form the same place. It would be embarrassing to have the same dress as someone....what do I do?

either..

a. return it and buy a new one from a place no one really goes to.

b. make it your own by adding something neat to it. (for example a cool diamond or sequin or even a sash.) also get cute jewelry and shoes so you will stand out from everyone else. =]

what do you think is the biggest problem that faces teens today? like in the early teens or so.. from ages 12-15ish i guess, or it could count for everything in general i guess. its for this research paper thingy in my 7th grade literacy class and i dunno what topic to choose! i thought of sports cuz sometimes you get rejected and you have to try real hard but i couldnt really think of alot of ideas for that.. it has to be 1 specific thing. cant be like "family problems" has to be specific like "divorce". so whats your opinion? i'll use the best one here. thanks!

curl it in tight bouncy curls the night before, then sleep on it. the curls will be much more relaxed and loose. also, its very convenient because your hair will be ready to go the next morning!

there arent really any websites i know of. but you could cut a picture out of just your face and hold it up to magazine photos or internet pictures to see what looks good and what doesnt!

that depends on how many hours you sleep a night. tampons can only be left in for up to 8 hours. so if you sleep less than that, go for it. just remember to take it out the next morning!

I'm a 15 year old girl who has a little problem with acne and oil. I wear foundation but it doesn't seem to help too much. I don't want something that looks cakey, but something that will cover the redness and acne and still look natural.
Can someone help me in any way? (whether it's a good face cleanser/toner, a good foundation, or tips on makeup... anything will help.)

foundation will only make your face look EVEN MORE oily then it already is. instead, use a powder cover up. the cover girl powders work great.

whats a really good shampoo that gets rid of split ends or makes your hair much healthier and softer? currently i use garnier fruitis and it works pretty good.. any other shampoos/conditioners out there that works really well so my hair can grow faster and healthier? thanks!

I am a gurl who is 13. There is a problem..i sorta have a moustache and some of the people in my class make fun of me and say to the whole class that i do. It isnt really big or anything, just a little hair. is this normal?

yes, this is perfectly normal for a girl to have this. ignore the people who make fun of you, they have the same thing. DONT SHAVE IT. the hair will grow back darker and much thicker if you do. go to a local salon and get it waxed. they also have kits at target or walmart for upper lip hair where you can wax it off yourself.

whenever i shave my legs, i get these dots on my legs. no, not razor burn or anything they're not red, they're like kinda black dots. what can i do to make these go away? (i use a gillette daisy disposable razor and i just got it, so its not old or anything. and i use skintimate raspberry rain shaving gel, if that helps) thankss

before you start shaving, while your in the shower, let your legs soak the water in for about 5 minutes. shaving works best and you can prevent the black dots by letting your legs get wet for a while first. also, go out and buy a nice quatro razor. this will help too. make sure you change your razor about every 15 days or so depending on how much you use it. make sure to put lotion on your legs after shaving too.

I have been getting A LOT of discharge latly like i will be standing there and i will feel it drop into my underwear. its white and clearish so its not infected. I have never been fingered, and i dont maturbate. I have had my period for almost a year now. um i hope thats enough information. so why?

this is completely normal. this happens to all girls when they are going through puberty and growing. sorry, but theres nothing to do about it. you can however, wear panty liners or put a little toilet paper in your underwear if you hate the wet feeling.
