getting rid of split ends and grow longer hair
whats a really good shampoo that gets rid of split ends or makes your hair much healthier and softer? currently i use garnier fruitis and it works pretty good.. any other shampoos/conditioners out there that works really well so my hair can grow faster and healthier? thanks!

you could go out on a limb and use horse shampoo. haha i kno it sounds crazy but it makes your hair very healthy, soft, and shiny, and you can get it just at walmart or wherever. not sure if it helps split ends though! but trimming your hair every 6-8 weeks helps with that! and no shampoo can make your hair grow faster.. but if its healthy and you keep those split ends trimmed, your hair will be stronger and grow well. also eat foods with lots of protein and phosphorus and that helps your hair stay strong and grow.

I have split ends and I just started using the pantene pro v full&thick. It really doesn't seem to help with split ends, but it does! After using it for 2 weeks i have no more spilt ends.
As for growing your hair longer- cut your hair about a half inch (a trim) every 2 months or so.
