Ok I have these little bumps in some place my skin (such as my legs, knees, elbows, and back of my upper arms). They're the same color as my skin and aren't big or anything, but I don't know how to get rid of them. I asked my mom and she just told me to scrub my skin more in the shower...but it isn't helping. It just looks like I have small goose bumps on me constantly!
How can I get rid of them? I will rate you well if you give a good answer!
i think its from dry skin. try a moisturizing lotion and dont scrub as hard!
i am currently living in africa and i am feeling very very depressed as time goes by. i've been taken from the friends i love and i am slowly going into insainity. we moved cause my mom thought that the rest of the family hated living in texas, which wasnt true at all. i have left the girl i love behind and cant stop thinking about her, and now i am the most lonesome man on earth. i cant make friends here as they are all immature and just plain stupid. every weekend i am cooped up at home because we aren't aloud outside unless we are going to the store, anothre persons house, or skool. i'm am going insain. i need help before this is the last thing anyone hears from me!
Africa?? Cool! You should explore!! And maybe think of being a...nature someone or something. Theres millions of people..well im not really sure what the population of Africa is..but youre bound to find someone you like! Just keep in touch with everyone, letters, phone calls, IM's, all that jazz. Things will get better!
I am not sure what i have but some times when im scared, doing nothing, or exercising my heart beats fast and i can feel the pressure of it and i when that happens i look down at my shirt and you can see my chest vibrating from my heart. Im afraid that this could be serious, either if it is or not i would like to know what it could be and how i can treat it or do things to help it.

situation: my best guy friend has invited me up to his farm to go horseriding... i will have to sleep over there.

well, if theres no trust then there's no relationship. theyres no point risking your comfort being there, make sure hes 100% sure that he wont try to get to close or w.e. try carrying some pepperspray
He's hurting so much. My fiancee. He learned last September that the father he never met died three years earlier. We were only engaged for two months when he learned this. He is so distant now I can't even reach him on this subject. He doesn't talk about it. He is so different now. I ask him. he doesn't say. It is so strange now. okay i have a BIG problem , i hate going to the school i go to and ive been really depressed lately. I try to tell my parents i dont want to go to that school but of course like most parents they dont listen. All i do is cry and i hardly get any sleep at night..i need a break from all of it i try to tell them i need a break before going to school to clear my head so i can actually pay attention. How is the best way to tell them all of this and how do i get their attention for atleast 5 minutes? Thank you sooooo much!! Xoxo
if you really want to get their attention, say that youre going to.........kill yourself in the school bathroom or something, maybe theyl pay attention to you if you say that. if they care about your grades(and you dont) tell them that youre getting bad grades..because well you hate the school. or refuse to go. burning down the school is always an option. what is so bad about it? is it too hard? if it is, then stop trying so hard to get good grades, thats what i do. i study and study and get like a C but when i dont i get an A. wow that isnt really going to help you. good luck.

eyeliner on the top and not on the bottom, or maybe just a little on the bottom. use creamy colors, and use mascara too. if you have darker skin, darker eye shadow looks better and for lighter skin, vice versa. get kind of shimmery towards the top and but a regular color on the bottom, or something. good luck with the eye-bringing-outness.

Hi. My face (especially by my mouth) is always dry. No matter what I do, (clean it off, put tons or small amounts of lotion on it, leave it alone, put special cream on it, whatever) it won't go away. My face looks like a car in the winter that is covered in slush! The dry skin makes me cover my face all the time when someone is looking straight at me. Please help me!!!
loli know exactly what you mean, does it hurt when you open your mouth sometimes? okay well are u using any acne medication...creams...etc? if you are you should stop using them by your mouth. theres face washes that are made specially for dry skin, and you should try getting a small amout of petrolatum jelly(vasoline), rubbing it b/w your fingers and put it by your mouth, but not to much bcuz it could clog your pores..but ive never seen blackheads by the mouth before. leave another in my inbox if this doesnt help you! -best of luck!

that green aloe vera stuff works really goood..and so does anything cold. i remember when i went to a concert and i came back i had such bbadd sunburn i couldnt move..i laid on my stomach for like a week. wear loose fitting clothes and dont go back tanning again until most of the sunburn is gone.goodLuck!
ok, well there's this friend that i have, and her name is agnes. i dont know what to do becuz she always lies to me. she always lies to me. when she says that she is coming over my house, she doesnt, she always goes to some other guys house. the last time she did this, she was missing for a day. i was really worried and so was her mom. i felt guilty, because what if something happened?? she was sposed to come to my house right?i just dont really know what to think. the last time she didnt show up, she was missing for 2 1/2 days, she doesnt even call me to tell me she's ok or even her mom. i know that i should just forget about her becuase she's using me to go to guys houses(her mom wont let her go to guys houses)and then i end up feeling bad, but the thing is she always tells me that she was sad and her da was drunk and hit her or something, she makes me feel bad for her and then i just cant stay mad. to add to all this, her boyfriend is thinkin of breakin up with her becuz he wants to go out with me. i just dont know what to think, if you cant help, thats ok i know it doesnt seem like much, but it is to me. by the way im a 14/f.....help pleez if u can!!!!!!! .
