Q: I am a girl age 15.
Few days back in school , when we were near basketball courts , I tried to pick my key chain from the floor, I could not control myself and farted loudly. It was a sudden incident. Six boys & girls were there all noted it and laughed, I was very much embarrassed and ran away from there. I am still upset. I told this to my elder sis, her first response was also a laugh. She tried to convince me that its natural and can happen with any body, she told me that once this was happened to her female teacher also. But I am still feeling guilt. Please advice me.

Thats no big deal. They will forget about it, and you'll live your life. You just need to wait it out and laugh about it yourself. No one thinks you are an alien or anything, they just thought it was funny. So dont worry about it.

Eat right, exersize at least 3 times a week. Burn more calories than your taking in. Crunches, start off with 50 a day, then the next day do 55, then the next 60, ect. Run on a treadmill if you can (yours or if you dont have one, maybe go to a YMCA or something) Good luck.

Q: A friend of one of my friends recently commited suicide, and it's really taking a toll on my friend. (Let's just call her Jane haha) So I've tried talking to Jane, but every time I try to comfort her or w/e she says something really rude or just turns away. I know she's grieving, and I'm trying to tell myself it's nothing personal, but what she's doing is really hurtful. How should I tell her how this makes me feel? Is it too early? (This happened just a couple days ago.) Can anyone tell me how I should try and make her feel better? Thanks.

Oh wow, thats tough. I think you should give Jane space. It must be really hard for her if she is acting in that way. So give her a little space, tell her your there for her, try being the best friend to her. And i suggest not telling her how you feel about her acting this way, it will make her feel worse. Just have a girls day out and get a manicure or go shopping or something. Or pick something out that she really loves to do.

Q: there is this one girl that is so pretty and i like her but i dont kno if she likes me. how can i tell?

Is she flirting with you? If so how? Because sometimes girls like to flirt with anyone. But you can tell if she touches your arm or something a lot, if she looks at you a lot, if she smiles all the time when you are around, ect. Maybe just take a chance and ask her out. Whats the worst that can happen?

Q: there is this guy that i really like alot. i think he likes me. but im not sure. we have kissed. it seems like everytime he comes over he always kisses and hugs me before he leaves. when hes on the phone with his sister which is my best friend he almost always tells her to tell me hugs and kisses from him. and the other night he gave me the necklace he was wearing for no reason. he said * merry christmas for me to u* we flirt. and it seems as though he gets flustered around me. he told his sister he thinks im beautiful. and we've had sex once. but does me like me more than a friend? its been so long since ive had to think about this stuff. someone please help!

Me and this boy have been really close friends for a year. Now he's started hanging around the other guys, who are all jerks. They were beating up on a kid one day and it made me mad. I stood up for the kid and the boys all ended up getting in trouble by a teacher. Now my friend is mad at me because I embarrassed him in front of his friends. I was just doing what I think is right! Well, now he says he hates me and is tired of the "bull shit". I love him and I don't want to lose him but I have no idea what to do now. None of his new friends like me (they think I'm a psycho) and I feel like he cares more about what they think than he cares about me. It's really really depressing. Well you did the right thing by defending the kid. And all I have to say is why would you still want to be friends with a guy who would do that to a kid and then blame you for everything? He doesnt sound like a very good friend to me. But if you want to still be friends with him, say your sorry and you just didnt like what was going on.

Q: OK this is really ticking me off. I stopped my period the 27th and i JUST got it back today, which is the 8th..im getting really ticked because my periods NEVER regular its always early but this is the EARLIEST. I'm getting really frustrated because my periods getting in the way of plans and i dont know its just SO ANNOYING! what can I do about it??

Q: This may seem like a syupid question to some of you, but i've lived in LA California all my life. I was talking to my cousin on the phone (who lives on the east coast), and she mentioned something aout a 'snow day'. Ummm, what is that? Could we get one in LA? Thank you!

A snow day is when it snows, and the roads are too bad for the buses to get through, so they cancel school. During the snowday you can hang with friends and sled, or whatever. And you can't really get one in LA because it doesnt snow there. Sorry kid.

Q: today my dad and i had another fight and im loseing it. i cant seem to bear life in my house any more. i hate my dad and i cant live with him any more but i have 3 more years left to go. how do i keep from breaking down for good?

Go out with your good friends as much as possible. It will leave you with less time with your dad. And stay in your room a lot, unless you have to come out for food or bathroom. And whenever you feel really bad about him, listen to your favorite music. And dont worry, 3 years will fly by like that *snaps finger*

Q: So, there's this kid John and he's one of my best guy friends but the thing is..i've liked him since I was in 4th grade. Last year, John and my friend Lauren went out for 2 months. Over the summer she broke up with him. Then, about a month ago, John asked Lauren back out and she said yes. I don't think Lauren likes him alot though because they don't talk --alot-- but he really likes her. John knows I like him but I don't know what to do. Am I way out of my league? Well based on the fact that he likes Lauren, you may have no chance. But you can always talk to him or Lauren. Maybe talk to Lauren and ask if she really likes John. (Dont tell her you like him!) And maybe talk to John about his relationship with Lauren. But as long as he likes Lauren and Lauren is willing to go out with him, you are stuck. Sorry kid.

Well the shirt sounds good if he likes that style. But your always safe with a gifcard. Or if your really gutsy, you could do something cute and sweet. Whatever suites you.

Q: okay i used to eat a lot.. and im not fat at all im actually really skinny because i play sports. But now i havent been eating a lot like i used to im eating very little. I dont eat breakfast and at lunch i only have like one little thing and then at dinner i only eat a little but i feel full. I dont eat any snaks in between meals.. is this normal?

Well, I believe so. I think that maybe you were just having a growthspurt. Did you grow at all? Because I think that might be the reason.

Well, I am currently a junior in high school and my schedule is jammed packed. I go to work (i tutor), go home to do my homework and if by some miracle, make it to bed before 2:30 in the morning and then wake up at five for early morning classes. I am currently taking: AP US History (early morning), Honors Chemistry, Accounting, Honors Algebra 3, Spanish 3, Band and Honors English.
So my question is, how do I deal with all the stress...or I guess, what are some ways to deal with the stress besides what I do...which is tone everything out while drawing, listening to music that really doesn't help my situation (Getting Away With Murder by Papa Roach) and just sitting somewhere and balling like a baby. I need other ways to deal with this, and my mind is drawing a blank. Thanks in advance.

Wow, I'd sure as heck be stressed out too. Try to open up your schedule. You need to find a balance between work and play. Because I guarantee that hanging out with friends with help relieve stress. Maybe try skipping the tutoring? If you can. And assign a saturday or sunday just for you. Get your gal pals and get a manicure and massage. Ask to take a day off from work and just relax.

Q: What I'm dealing with here is an 8-month relationship with a girl 6 years younger than me. I'm 26, she's 20... I treat her with a lot of respect and am always there when she needs me, and she is always there for me, too, up until this point. Prior to what happened, our relationship really seemed 50/50. Her mother, who is in bad health, has decided that I'm "controlling, possessive, insensitive, lacking all social manners" and has told this girl that if she ever thinks about marrying me, she will not approve, and if she gets pregnant by me, she'll be disowned.
I feel this is totally wrong. My parents would not do this to me, and I am at a loss to understand it. She and I are happy with each other, at least that's what she tells me. She says she loves me "more than you know," but cannot be torn anymore. She says she wants to be friends, and "maybe someday" things can be different. She says she doesn't want her mother to die resenting me, because that would make her resent me. She also says she "cannot function" without her family relationship and needs "space and time."

What's strange is her mother doesn't have a problem (or so she says) with us being friends and going to a movie now and then. I'm totally confused. What are your thoughts on the matter?

Hmm that is very rude of her mother. But all I can say is to give the girl space likes she asks. Maybe talk to her about the subject, say its crazy of her mother, but thats about all you can do. Sorry bout that.

Q: Ok My mom is 48 and she had a Biopsiy (how ever you spell it) about 2 days ago. She has been Bleeding alot and its not time for her period and she has been having a fever and VERY BAD Cramps!!!!!! What Can I do??!!?!?!?! The roads are sorta icey. but Whats Going On? I'm Scared!!!

Call the doctor, ask him what he advises. Thats the best info I can give you.

Well I don't know any other ways. Unless you wanna try the pillow method. But.. I advise getting a guy and practicing on him. ;) And if its a guy you are practicing for.. do you have any super crazy friends? Because crazy friends are normally willing to kiss girls just for fun. But you may not like that, so I say the guy is the best way.
