okay i used to eat a lot.. and im not fat at all im actually really skinny because i play sports. But now i havent been eating a lot like i used to im eating very little. I dont eat breakfast and at lunch i only have like one little thing and then at dinner i only eat a little but i feel full. I dont eat any snaks in between meals.. is this normal?
angelmcclain answered Thursday December 8 2005, 3:14 pm: it is normal, but not healthy by any means. what is it that you are eating when you do eat. also it is necessary to eat at least 3 meals a day for your matabisilm to have something to burn, even when you think you have energy it is nothing like the energy you will benifit from eating healthy meals. also you can eventually gain weight from not eating because you have no energy there for you do nothing but sit around and have no energy to burn, so i think i would at least try and make what you do eat spread out more througgout the day. hco_babe answered Thursday December 8 2005, 2:22 pm: normal. i think you wore your body out with all the eating/sports now it just wants to cool down and only eat a little. a lot of people go through this, so don't worry. and also, don't make yourself eat when you're not hungry just because you think you're not eating enough, it's unhealthy. small portions are fine as long as you get full.
