Eat right, exersize at least 3 times a week. Burn more calories than your taking in. Crunches, start off with 50 a day, then the next day do 55, then the next 60, ect. Run on a treadmill if you can (yours or if you dont have one, maybe go to a YMCA or something) Good luck.

get a friendie and lay down on ur back. put ur head between her/his feet. so basicly theyre standing behind you. ok so grab onto their ankles. now throw your legs up in the air so your friend can grab em and throw em back down. but the key is not to let your feet/legs touch the ground.

start with 5, then 10, 15 then 20. theyre super hard but sooo great for a toner tummy.

rate please

It's simple. Exercise. Go to www.toneteen.com click on the body part and you will get exercises for that part. It's very helpful but you also have to change your eating. Don't eat as much fats. Replace chips with a fruit. You will adampt to a healthier eating plan and you will start to loose the fat and gain muscle.

Crunches are a wonderful way to get a flatter stomach. I tried sit-ups for a while, but they didn't seem to do enough. If you do 10 regular crunches, and then 10 crunches angling your shoulders to each of your knees.. then you will get a great workout for your stomach. Once you get used to doing crunches that way, you can do more difficult ones, such as holding your feet up in the air and crunching that way.

For skinnier thighs I would suggest walking on a treadmill, doing squats, jogging and even swimming.
