Well, I was just wondering about this because I was just thinking about it randomly, but in the state of Minnesota, would it be illegal, as an example of ages 'for a 14 y/o to do sexual things with an 11 y/o, and they both agree on it'???

Yes it would... If you're not 16 yet don't ever think to have sex.. it's not good for both sides.. you and other, especially if your parents don't know bout it.. so my answer is yes..it would be illegal! Hope I helped!
