My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

k well my brother (he's 10) hasn't been home much for the summer cause he's been traveling with my dad and stuff.. but now he's back home and i can't even stand to be in the same room with him!! he drives me insane, like we fight constantly. and the worst part is that my mom always takes his side because he's younger than i am. and he says stuff that really ticks me off! like he says that i don't do anything around the house or take the dog out and crap like that and i've the one who has been home for the whole summer! i try to explain to him but he just doesn't get it in his puny fricken brain!! ugh is there anything i can do to chillll out?!

First of all hes only 10. Little siblings like that LOVE to drive you up the wall. Thats what they do. The more you show him it bothers you the more he will do it. Yeah.. all you have to do is try to ignore him and he will stop. He is wrong so there is really no point to argue with him. He will keep thinking he is right but thats just him. Dont listen to him when he says you dont do anything.. lol he is trying to make it seem your fault and get you pissed off. Just dont be around him too much or at least try not to. Talk to your mom one on one. Yeah, she will take his side at times and to you it might seem like ALL the time but she still loves you both and I`m sure she really dont want to choose sides. But since he is younger he needs more attention. Tell her exacly how you are feeling and that he really bothers you and that she needs to set some limits for him! Good luck hun =)

Okay well im in this big love circle okay.. This is the first half.. well first there is Adam and i've gone on and off liking him since the 6th grade and now im going into the 8th grade and ever since the 2nd grade he always had a thing for this girl named Melinda and she didnt start liking him untill the 6th grade and they went out then he dumped her 5 months later and he still liked her after that and then during the beginning of the 7th grade he finally stopped liking her and i still liked him and he didnt like me and then in the middle of the 7th grade when i was finally over him i started liking his friend Josh and Josh liked me a little bit but barly and then one night at a school dance me and Adam didnt even dance we just talked the whole 3 hours and i remember how he was like "Even though I dont like Melinda now I know that when i get older im gonna be with her in high school and we're gonna go to the same collage and i know i'm gonna be with her and it kills me to know that" and then that night i talked about how fat and ugly i was to him and he was like "No if u were fat and ugly i wouldn't like u" and then i was kinda confused because he just got done telling me how he was always gonna be with melinda and so he went on and off liking me when i was finally over him and then i started liking him again and he kissed me the last day of school and said all these sweet things to me.. This is the second half.. There is so other guy named Sean and me and him went out once in the 6th grade and once in the 7th grade and when we werent going out he always liked this girl named Bridget and she is such a wanna be slut because she had a boyfriend and cheated on him with Adam and like 3 other guys and so Sean wrote me a note one day telling me how he liked me and only me and stuff and then i went to a pool party with him last week and Bridget was there and i hung out with both of them and when Bridget was eating i was swimming in the pool with Sean and his kissed me and then that night at soccer practice Bridget told me that she was hugging Sean and he was like "Bridget I really really like you a lot u know" and so im completly confused with everything and its weird with me because if Adam and Sean both asked me out at the same time i would say yes to Adam because i waited so long for him to ask me out because he has only gone out with Melinda and every girl only wishes she could go out with Adam but if Adam and Sean were both hanging from a cliff and i could only save one I would save Sean because Adam really broke my heart last summer. Im confused and i'm sorry this is long but i need advice so please help me!

This seems a little confsuing but I understand how you feel. Okay I just want to let you know that I`m gonna give you my honest opinion and answer and I hope you understand =). They both seem to like you but I think that when you and Adam were talking and when he said if you were ugly I wouldnt like you.. well I think he meant that in a friend way. Unless you are for sure that he likes you. Now about Sean.. I dont think he is over Bridget. While I was reading this question it crossed my mind that I think that they just go back and forth with you and their ex's. They seem to kind of mess with you mind but you dont seem to notice it very much. You just have to wait and see how things go between you guys and then you will be for sure. And dont wory about the lenght of the question! Long ones are always interesting.

i just cleaned out my whole closet basically and now i only have like 40 shirts! i usually shop at abercrombie // hollister // american eagle, and its pretty pricy. i was wondering if there was any other stores that have websites with cute clothes for school this year. and if you could name some. thank youu!

All stores have websites. Charlotte Russe is one of the cutest stores. I love the clothes. They are very trendy and fashionable! Wet Seal, Weathervane,Aeropostale.

I think its a normal thing sometimes to think that a guy hates you. Well for some girls. But most of the time its not true! Dont think that he hates you. Does he have a reason? Think about it. Having a friend talk to him for you is fine but I honestlly think you should do it yourself. I mean you can.. its for the best. Just talk to him and find out. First find out if he hates you or not.. which I dont think he does. And get to know each other more and keep in touch. After your feelings have grown more for him just let him know how you feel!

I`m not agreeing with some of the people that said its real just because it says it at the begging of the show! Soooo many people said its scripted and sometimes it seems that way. But its still my favorite show. Anywho..no one can be POSITIVE if its true or not. Its just an opinion and something you want to belive in. At times I think its real at times I dont. So its up to you hun. It doesnt always seem perfect but that's just their lives and I guess thats how they live. But who cares anyways the show rocks!

what should i get my boyfriend for his birthday? im 14 hes turning sixteen.

How long have you been dating? Well you should get him something special and that would mean a lot to him. Get him a lot of little things. That would make it seem like woah lol. Make a picture frame of you both together and just decorate it. You could make him or buy him a CD that he really liked. A watch. Good cologne is always a good present for any guy. Shirts, scrapbook.. just nice little things like that. And get him a card! Those things would mean a lot to him and it wont even cost a lot!

okay lets call my boyfreind bob and his cousin jerry. well bob cheated on me with his maneger (a grl) thats what i heard. i found out from jerry telling my best freind and she told me. this is what happened: jerry went ot go get an application where bob works at while jerry was there he saw two of his school freinds working there. I dont think he would be lieng. I would belive Jerry but then again you are never positive. I mean they are cousins and I think Bob would tell him the truth and the girl wouldnt just make up something like that unless be was a bit*ch. Anyway..when he gets back talk to him and comfort him about it. He will probally deny it but you can tell if he is cheating. Its better to talk to him in person though. He wont look you in the eyes and he will look away.. thats how you can tell that he isnt telling the truth. You could even ask him best friend to ask him about it. He would tell him the truth. Guys think they are really cool when they slept with someone so they will tell people. It makes them "the man". So if you do find out he cheated on you or anything like that he doesnt deserve you. Yeah I play volleyball && softball. Right now I`m not playing eather since its almost end of summer. I play volleyball for whatever I can. I play at school && for a church and just for fun. Softball I played for the Ruckies but not anymore.

Aw dont worry.. everyone gets scared the first time. But no it does not hurt. Its acually comftrable if you put it in right. But you'll get it in. You will be able to get it back out because there is a string on the bottom. And yes you can do it!

Hi, I'm the one who wrote about my boyfriend who so rudely dumped me without as much as even TELLING me, and then saying that I didn't have feelings and desserved my heart broken as much as people wanted too. Now I am a generally nice person, but this got me so upset. :( Well now hes going out with this other girl, and they keep iming me to tell me what a "loser" I am and how I can't "get" any boys. well school is starting soon and i wanna loose like 10-15 pounds. i have tried almsot everything.i eat rite and healthy and i exercise daily with sit ups and pushups and i jog when ever i find the time and my parents wont buy any kind of special equipment for me . i dont knoe what to do. ive been to teen heath websites and im healthy but i am still overweight and i want to loose a lot of it. please help me! i rate high!

You need to go to a nutritionist. That person will tell you what kinds of foods to eat and what not to eat. You have to stick to it. Sometimes the way you are dieting isnt right. Your doctor could tell you what nutritionist to go to and everything. Its for the best. Thats the best thing to do. Keep pushing yourself and yo will do it. Just keep doing it and you will see results. You cant eat ANY sweets or sugars at all.

A scrapbook! Put a lot of pictures of you && him and then put your friends. Decorate it into things that are like his favorite sports and things that you and him did. Use your imagination.
