well school is starting soon and i wanna loose like 10-15 pounds. i have tried almsot everything.i eat rite and healthy and i exercise daily with sit ups and pushups and i jog when ever i find the time and my parents wont buy any kind of special equipment for me . i dont knoe what to do. ive been to teen heath websites and im healthy but i am still overweight and i want to loose a lot of it. please help me! i rate high!

You need to go to a nutritionist. That person will tell you what kinds of foods to eat and what not to eat. You have to stick to it. Sometimes the way you are dieting isnt right. Your doctor could tell you what nutritionist to go to and everything. Its for the best. Thats the best thing to do. Keep pushing yourself and yo will do it. Just keep doing it and you will see results. You cant eat ANY sweets or sugars at all. ]
