What happened is that your body made morphine each time you cut in high doses, and you got addicted. You recovered, and were fine. Burning did the same effect as cutting, and readdicted you to those doses. Burning is another for of SH, and is directly related to cutting.
All I suggest you to do is tell your parents that you accidentally burned yourself with the curling iron and that triggered you to start cutting again. It worked the first time, it will work now.

Well, looks sometimes do not matter. I have never liked a girl for their looks, only personality. Of course, some girls do look better than others, yet that is not always the basis to judge love.
That is my personal opinion. It may be different from person to person. But dating is always based on personality. If the person is good looking but a terrible personality, it usually is over within a month. I have seen that too much. Yet, the better personalities last longer times, even if the looks aren't up there.

Make sure that your sister always has someone around her. Pairs are less easy to pick on and your sister will be safer. Tell the head administrative official of the threat, and ask him to spread the word to the faculty. If this girl lays a finger on your sister, punch her in the face and get a teacher immediately. Personally, I think she changed for another reason. You were all worried about your mother, and you were afraid some serious harm could come to her. You coped by trying to handle the situation. I think that your sister tryed to cope by avoiding the situation. It's perfectly fine to do it that way, as it is sometimes neccassary. She needed to collect herself in some manner as to be able to help you. That's how she did it, by changing her clothes.

Conduct the long distance relationship. It is just as good as a close relationship, just without the physical aspect to it. It should be enough to sustain the relationship until you get out for the winter break. This is when you can finally have the physical aspect.
With the forever and family, that can be avoided. simply, just stay together with him as long as you can, and tell him that you are not ready to get married until you are out of college if he ever offers it. Will sustain it until then, and by then, it would be 5.5 years. I doubt you'd love him that long.

I think you should go out with him. It seems like he likes you greatly, and you like him. Naturally, that always makes a great couple.
Also, that girl probably will not get off your back until you do start going out. I'd honest suggest that you do that, in case word got out. It may be worse if it did.
If he doesn't ask you out, ask out him. Doesn't have to be traditional.
