As for what they are, there is a huge difference. But they're both forms of foreplay, so they're grouped together. Feeling up is when someone touches your breasts, ie, they grope you. Fingering is when someone actually puts their finger your vagina--it's like what happens during sexual intercourse, but with a finger instead of a penis. So, yeah. They're different things.

i REALLY don't get this. there are [a lot of] people out there who cut, and say it's addicting. but doesn't it HURT? why would you want to do something again that hurt you? i heard that "it takes away the hurt from the inside" but i still don't get why people do it. it kina bothers me.. 13/f in case it matters.

It's a non-substance drug, kinda. You know how people will smoke cigarettes, even though they're bad? It's something like that. I guess when you do it, it's like you're relieved by the pain...like you're letting everything out. Maybe once you had a scab, and you picked at it, and even though it was painful, you still kind of liked it. Or maybe you've never done that (I have), but it's something like that. It's really hard to explain.

i just got a new pair of vans shoes. they are like stripes slip ons. they look kinda bad on me cuz i have really big feet. i dont no if i should keep them or return them. they are comfy and if i do keep them im not going to wear them to school. what would i wear them for? and what should i do?

Wear them because they're comfortable. It's hard to find comfortable shoes. You probably don't look as bad as you think. That's just your perspective. So I wouldn't worry about that. Definitely keep them.

Yes, it is a bad thing. Bulimia and anorexia aren't like goth or punk. It's not something you do because you want to. It's a mental disease. If you really are overweight, you need to eat HEALTHY foods, and stop with the junk food. But usually in the case of eating disorders, the patient isn't really overweight, they just think so. I suggest going to see a therapist if these thoughts continue to bother you. It's not even about your parents or your boyfriend--it's about you. Think about it. There is a good reason why they would be angry, and that's because you would be damaging yourself greatly.

Can you be forgiven for being gay? Is it really a sin? What if you just want to try it and see what happens are you going to be penalized for that? Can someone help me asap.. these questions are for a friend who really needs it

You shouldn't have to be forgiven for being gay. Do you need to ask forgiveness if you're left-handed? If you have green eyes? If you're born deaf, or with one extra finger, or if you have curly hair? No. I know a lot of people say it's a choice, but it's not. Take it from someone who knows. In my early teens, I discovered that I was "bi", and later I decided that it just doesn't matter. Love is love. Attraction is attraction. We can't help who we fall in love with or who we're attracted to. So, I honestly don't believe in "gay" or "straight". I think we're all just people. Though personally, I tend to like girls more than guys. Whatever, that's just what I prefer. I didn't choose it; that's who I am, who I've always been. Your friend can't help what he/she feels, either. However, your friend CAN choose to change her/his religion. Personally, if my religion said that it was wrong for me to be who I am, and insisted that I was choosing to be that way and that I should change now or go to hell, I would say good-bye to that religion. There are a lot of Christians (I'm assuming this is about Christianity, sorry if I'm wrong) who believe there is nothing wrong with being gay, but sadly there are many more who do not.

No, they don't have to. Actually, my mother has preferred me to be alone since I was twelve, unless she needed to be there. You can tell your parents that it's embarassing, I'm sure they'll understand. If there is something you absolutely need them for while you're in there, the doctor will usually have no problem calling them back. On the other hand, you may get doctors who want your parents to be in the room. Your parents should explain that they're okay with you going alone.

Yeah. All soda does. You know how atoms of elements go around taking stuff from other elements and forming new ones and stuff like that? Well, the carbon in soda steals calcium from your bones. You'll be fine as long as you only drink it in moderation.

I have this secret that I haven't told one of my really good friends yet (lets call her Ruby). It's about this boy I like I have told four other people, and three of them are my other really good freinds. Well I don't want to tell Ruby because she doesn't have much experience with boys AT ALL and she wouldn't get it like my other freinds would. Should I tell her? If I were Ruby, I probably wouldn't care, but I think a few years ago I would have. What will it hurt if you tell her? So she doesn't have much experience with boys. It's still nice to know when your close friend has a crush. The news is probably going to get around to her eventually, so I think it's best if you tell her.

Asolutely nothing. They are too words for the same exact thing. I think that 'diary' sounds a little girly, which is why some guys prefer 'journal'. But there really is no difference.

Hey im 13/f and pretty much everyone kissed a guy but me. Yea i know im still young its just ive been thinking about it more and more lately. I know I'm ready for it i keep playing scenes in my head of how perfect it will be. Its bugging me because its ALWAYS on my mind and i keep dreaming about it. It's not the end of the world. And not everybody has kissed at that age. I didn't kiss until I was sixteen--I'm almost 18 now and haven't had a second one. Thinking about it is perfectly fine, it's not going to hurt you. I think about my future husband, and my children, house, dog, etc. all the time. Just know the difference between fantasy and reality and don't rush yourself. It sounds stupid, but if your first kiss is with a guy you honestly don't care about, you ARE going to regret it.

If you're ready to make out, you're ready to use your tongue, since that's part of making out. You will either have to get over your fears, or tell him that you're just not ready and leave it at that. That's really all you can do. You won't like french kissing/making out until you experience it, but if you're not ready, don't do it. But there is a first time for everything so, when and if you do it, don't worry about being inexperienced.

how can i burn a cd with no pause in it. like when a song stops another one starts right after no five second stop. thanks.

It's kind of difficult. The pause is actually in the song file. Like after the music ends, the last couple of seconds of the file is dead air. What you have to do is take each sound file and clip that part off. You might try this, but it's a little complicated.

-Open Windows Movie Maker.
-Make a movie with the song you want, ending it where you want to end it.
-Download a program that can turn movie files into mp3s.
-Use it to convert your movie into an mp3.

There are probably other ways, but I think they require expensive programs.

Can you have sex if you havent started you period?

Yep. Your period has nothing to do with your ability to have sex. A baby could have sex (although that would be sick and wrong, and of course it would not be consensual). Your period just makes it possible to get pregnant. It's also possible to get pregnant without ever having a period, since the egg is fertilized just before your period starts.

I have liked a boy in my maths set for ages, but he doesnt even know I am alive. Sitting around isn't going to make him like you. If all you do is wait for him to talk to you, all he's ever going to do is say "Hey Baby G." and then leave you alone. So go shopping, not just to know him better, but so that he will know you better. These things take some work. And if it doesn't work out, don't let it bother you. Anybody who doesn't like you isn't worth getting upset about.

Unfortunately I can't reccommend any songs, but I know a lot about orders. Alphabetical is best, of course, but a little cliche. I would mix it up. Don't put two songs that are really similar together. Spread everything out, so that it has a lot of diversity.
