I am always biting my nails all the time. I have tried fake nails. But I cant have them on because I play so many sports. Is there a way I can stop? I do it even when I dont realize I am doing it. I also know its not healthy at all. Any tips will be helpful... thank you! (link)

This hits close to home! I tried having rubber-bands or hair-ties on my wrists to play with those, I wore rings...
But eventually, what got me to stop is that it just made my handa look so ugly, and it hurt. Also, I thought that maybe guys wouldn't like me because my nails were so short.
It takes time - and it could all be in your head.

If you put the tampon in right, you shouldn't feel it at all. You probably didn't put it in far enough.
Or, you could have an infection. Try putting the tampon in further, and if that doesn't work talk to your mother.

Since you've had discharge for awhile now, your period should be right around the corner! It's OK, every girl gets her period at a different time - so just because you're 14 doesn't mean that there's something wrong with you. Just make sure you're prepared for it when it comes!

Honey, you probably are really thin if that's what the doctor and your mother says! It's all in your head that you think your fat, and you should talk to your mom about seeing someone who could help you mentally.
For now, try eating everything on your plate!

2morrow im trying out for my hs volleyball team (im a freshman) well i was kinda wondering like what to expect at a tryout esp. a volleyball one.... like do u have to run b4 it or like do sum sort of interview or do u jus go into teams and jus play while the coaches examine u???!!! (link)

You should expect to have to do a bunch of drills, and the coaches will teach you a lot of things, like how to set or pass.
Then they'll probably put you in teams and stuff, and then you'll play games.

Well, I like this boy, say his name is Bob. But he has a girlfriend, named let's say Lori. Now Lori is one of my good friends, and Bob is like, my best male friend, but I really really like him. And he flirts with me a lot like online, and in person when Lori isn't there. I think you should wait until "Bob" decides between you and "Lori". Since Lori is one of your good friends, you definitly wouldn't want to hurt her, so wait patiently until they break up, and try not to drop any hints to Lori that you like her boyfriend!

Stick up for you man! When someone throws an insult at him, tell them that skin color has nothing to do with his personality. Say that your boyfriend is nicer, smarter, and sweeter than all the guys in your class. And, he'll kick their ass if they bug you one more time! =)

Crunches are a really good idea. All you do is like mini sit-ups. Only come off the ground about 6 inches when doing crunches, though.
