advicequeen answered Sunday August 15 2004, 11:10 pm: Crunches are when you lie down with your head facing upwards. You cross your hands above your chest, and then you try and push upwards using your head. Doing ten of these before you go to sleep and when you get up will help tone up your stomach. Leigh answered Sunday August 15 2004, 7:50 pm: Umm work out a couple times a week, you could even run. To do crunches you lay on your back and lift the upper part of your body. Do sets of 10 20 whatever you want to do. And eat healthier foods that still fills you up.

crystal200022us answered Sunday August 15 2004, 7:24 pm: Well, first off, watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks fruits and veggies are the best thing for that. Also, if you go walking everday in your neighborhood for at least 30 minutes that helps. I definitely recommend the crunches too. They are like situps but smaller. Just put your hands behind your head and go up as far as you can without going all the way up. If you want it to stay off you just have to keep doing exercises and not slack off. I hope this helps and good luck!
