My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

okay guys this is another friend story but if your bored, hey why dont you help me out =)
you see, my friend Katie is really annoying. We are going to different HS this year and she is trying to make new friends but she is like rubbing it in my face! her AIM profile is obsessed with the school she is going too and so is her myspace. On the phone she only talks about her new friends, what designer thing she bought, or she is talking behind someones back and im so sick of it! she brags about herself but not in like an upfront way you know? So eventually this all annoyed me so much that i confronted her about it and she completely denies it! she says "why is this a big deal?" or "im just trying to meet friends" ... omg meet friends my ass she tells everyone only what they want to hear to make them happy! its pathetic and it is seriously gettin on my nerves. Today she called my other friend kaitlyn just to tell her she is going over someones house. now how rude is that ? you may say im jealous of her new "friends" but i am honestly not because i have already made friends from the new school i am going too. what can i say to her that would make her understand? we've been friends for a really really long time and all she says when i tell her im upset with her is "you know i love you right?" well it makes me feel bad and it makes me feel like i need to say "yeah i love you too" right back when i dont! someone please help cuz i dont even know if i want to be friends with her anymore but how do i say anything more without me sounding like the "mean one"??? please and thanks everyone and sorry about the length!! xOox

Ah, I know that you are'nt jelous and you don't seem jelous. Just ignore her because she will always try to make you jelous and mad by telling you that stuff. Even though you have been friends for a long time just don't talk to her as much because she will keep getting on your nerves. Whatever she says just be like cool.. yeah I'm going out tonight! ok so my bf recently fingered me and hes done it more than once but it doesnt feel good and sometimes it even hurts. Nothing is wrong with you. It probablly doesn't feel good because he isn't doing it good enough to get you good pleasure. I think that he is being too rough and you should just tell him to do it slower and not as rough. He won't mind so just tell him. You would be glad you did.

this past summer i went to an over night camp.. im 15 1/2 and this 19 year old kid was there.. he was a couciler and i was a camper. i knew him previously because he's worked with my team during reg. season. this summer, however, i really fell for him.. and i think he has a thing for me too? even though hes WAY old but he would constantly flirt with me.. and he has a gf.. on MY TEAM thats 17 or 18.. he isnt from the u.s.. so hes not here now. but i talk to him all the time.. and he always wants to know why i like him or if only i was older.. and he hints little things like that.. once he even told me he loved me.. out of no where. of course i wanna believe he rly likes me.. but part of me has a feeling he just wants me to keep liking him.. like hes playing hard to get or something when i KNOWW hes out of any ideas at this time. i really have no idea whats going on. and im friends with his g/f. Well, honestlly I don't think that you guys would make a relationship work. He is 4 years older and he doesnt live in the U.S. You have to remember, you can flirt with him and everything but he has a girl friend and I don't think you should do anything to get in their way. I think that he is just a big flirt and that he is always sweet talking to you and everything but I think you should just stay friends with him. I hope everything works out okay.

ok so im from biloxi mississippi. one of the main cities that the hurricane hit the worst.luckily my family evacuated in time and are all safe.we left and are all staying with my aunt and uncle n cousins. ive been watching the news to see all the damage and everytime i do i start to cry. the city, my house, and everything that was in my house is all destroyed. all i have left is what my family brought with us. i know i should be grateful that im alive still but i cant stop thinking about the fact that theres nowhere to go home too. what types of things can i do to try and keep my mind off of this? thanks you so much

Aw, I'm soo sorry. I watched it on TV it was really sad though. No matter what I say you will always have that memory and you will always miss your home. Anyways, just think of happy things and everything you had. Some people got it worse and have no food, no where to go. And its good that you are thankful for being alive but right now you have to try and cheer up. I know its hard but you will get through it and you will find a home again. Just pretend the whole nuumber isn't there. Okay look at the denumerator (bottom number) and see what number can go into both of them. So for the first problem 8 can go into both of them. So figure that out. After you did you just add them.

Perform the indicated skill... when you said make it smallest it can be, just reduce it.

OK this may seem like a wierd question but I need help fast. OK girls, this guy I liked was waiting in the lunch line with me and asked me to hold his water bottle. I held it and he left. What does it mean? I rate 5's for good answers.

Well, it could mean a couple things or just nothing at all.

He could of gotten lazy and not thrown it away.

He just simply asked you to hold it and forgot about it.

He could of just wanted an exuse to talk to you again and come back.

If he does something like that again I think it's probablly just a way to get your attention.

my sister has let me babysit her son more and more, and i used to like it, but now it's getting ayyoning, she always makes it a huge hasel on me like making me be at her place at 6.30 AM. and im thinking of charging her 2.50 and hour. and i dont wanna be rude but i dont like waking up at 6.00 AM every morning. should i charge her money, stop whining and do it. or just not do it at all. and if i do do it, how can i ask her for money without her screaming at me and getting mad at me.

I think it's a good idea if you do charge her some money. Even though she is your sister, I think it makes it hard for you as well. Having some reward babysitting will be better and more fun I guess you could say. I mean 6 in the morning is early and just talk to her about getting payed a little. She shouldn't make it a big deal, and she will understand. If she does scream just know she is in a bad mood or she just has something on her mind and she takes her anger out on you. Thats why you should just sit down and talk to her, and ask nicely. Don't feel weird, she is your sister. Good luck!

alright i'm 14 and i really like this guy (lets call him joe) and he's 16..i've been hanging out with him ALOT this summer with him, his friend (he's 16 too lets call him matt), and my friend (she's 14 lets call her mary) and we've been hanging out at mary's and matt gives us rides all over and me and joe always have our arms around eachother and i guess we flirt alot and matt and mary, and mary's younger sister always try to hook us up like "are you 2 going out yet" or "you 2 look so cute" (when he's got his arm around me of something) or something like that..and neither of us say anything..and like i'm always sitting on his lap and he's the funniest guy ever and stuff..and i don't know if he likes me..but mary says she thinks he does..but i don't know cause of the ages..i mean so what if we're 2 years apart..but he's like really hot and stuff so i don't know why he wouldn't like girls his age and stuff..lol but from this..would you think he likes me?

Aw, well to me it does seem like he likes you. He wouldn't be flirting with you or spending all that time with you if he didn't. Just because he is 2 years older doesn't mean he doesn't have any interest in you. I think that the reason he doesn't say anything is because he might be afraid you don't feel the same way even though you flirt. Ok, heres the story, Hi, I'm Rachel. My first ever true love (Tony) that ONCE in my life LIKED ME, went out with a girl, then they broke up, well they are now back together and are having some serious relationship problems. BUT, this other guy, Named Austin, he is like, IN LOVE WITH ME, and he's the sweetest thing, I kinda like him. Tony is soo funny and SO my type, we always laugh and have a blast, I still love him, AUSTIN, is the sweethaert who calles me beautiful, and not just hot, like Tony has. I honestly don't know what to do, I REALLY WANT TO GO OUT WITH TONY at least ONCE in my life.....And just get it over with! And I can't be with Austin yet, we are waiting til we go to the same school to go out, so, I don't know what to do, who to like, who to stop loving. ANy Advice for me please?

Honestly, no one can give you the right answer to this. I think that you should just take some time and figure out what you want to do. Right now you don't know and you are confused but just take some time. Spend more time with both of them and talk to them more and more. You will see your feelings growing more towards one of them. I think that you should give Austin a chance right now. If Tony likes you then maybe you could try to work something out. I mean you love him, and I know that it might be kind of hard to get over him but you don't have to. Just take some time to see what you want to do. You don't have to rush anything and its better if you just figure it out. I hope you understand though. You don't have to stop loving one or eather of them. You also don't have to rush into a relationship right away. Like I said, I hope you take some time and think about it. Good luck babe!

You can go to Spencers or basiclly any store you like. I mean try like Dillards or something because there isn't only preppy clothes there. But Spencers and Pac Sun would have the clothes you are looking for.
