what are good ways to exersise and burn a whole lot of colories in a little bit of time

..Eat good food and cut down on the snacks..Only eat breakfast lunch and dinner..Go on a walk/run everyday for about 10-20 minutes..Do pushups and crunches and if you have a tredmill use that..Within no time you will have lost the extra weight..Hope i helped` ]
Well, you really shouldn't try to lose weight so fast because it's not healthy and it won't stay off. Just do aerobic activities-- find a way to make them fun! Excercise with friends, listen to an iPod, etc. Cut out all the junk food from your diet-- eat protein instead of carbs, as little fat as possible. Remember to eat lots of protein too, because it fills you up if you're trying to lose weight. Just don't forget to pace yourself, especially if you don't really need to lose weight that badly.

And I suppose you would put this in the "aerobics" catagory, but jumping on a trampoline non-stop for 10 minutes straight is a GREAT workout if you're short on time. ;) ]

Hey ♥ Believe it or not, yoga, which doesn't require a ton of energy, burns a lot of calories. Tennis, swimming, running, and tae-bo are also GREAT alternatives =] ]
