sweetXbeachbum answered Thursday September 1 2005, 2:57 am: Well, you really shouldn't try to lose weight so fast because it's not healthy and it won't stay off. Just do aerobic activities-- find a way to make them fun! Excercise with friends, listen to an iPod, etc. Cut out all the junk food from your diet-- eat protein instead of carbs, as little fat as possible. Remember to eat lots of protein too, because it fills you up if you're trying to lose weight. Just don't forget to pace yourself, especially if you don't really need to lose weight that badly.
And I suppose you would put this in the "aerobics" catagory, but jumping on a trampoline non-stop for 10 minutes straight is a GREAT workout if you're short on time. ;) [ x_mystery's advice column | Ask x_mystery A Question ]
